Ed, from Radiant Maintenance and Repair was professional and organized. He understood the design of my dryer and dishwasher even though they are backdated models. He helped me understand the problems I was having and was able to make one of the repairs on the spot.

Edwin and his partner Gurdy were polite, on time, and extremely professional. My 60+ year old boiler has been acting up, they came and cleaned it out some and gave us some important pointers on it. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

We had Ed and Gurdy over to look at a couple of mini splits, one of which was in desperate need of cleaning. We have a 3 week old baby in the house, and one of the units will be keeping him warm for the winter. It was a relatively straightforward job but we were most happy with how efficient, professional, friendly and clean everything was. They explained everything, kept us updated on what they were working on and did it all without waking up the sleeping baby! Units are working great and shining! Highly recommend!

The technician, Ed, is friendly and knowledgeable. He worked quietly and quickly to determine what the problem was with my washer. Unfortunately he had to order the part and come back when he had it with him. My husband and I have full confidence in Ed's abilities and experience. We look forward to him returning and replacing the part so we have use of the washer again. Update: Ed returned and replaced the part and it is working again. He even went the extra mile when I asked him to take the top off so I could wipe it down. He is the ultimate professional!
