I have called on the fine folks at Race City Heating and Air for over 10 years, and they never let you down! I would give them my highest recommendation. Simply put, they treat you like family.
Not sure why but after initial estimate, haven't heard from or been able to contact.
I had an issue but it turned out to be a communication issue. It has been resolved and I am happy with the company and their response.
As a retired HVAC contractor myself, I was apprehensive when choosing a company to do what I can no longer do myself. Race City proved to be worthy of my trust do their level of professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge. Overall they have serviced, installed and upgraded two HVAC systems at my residence and I highly recommend their service!

Fantastic customer service at a fair price and exceptionally polite! Performed a system maintenance on one of my heat pumps and installed an air purifier on my air handler.
My experience was absolutely fantastic. Response time was incredibly quick and it was fixed the first time no need for anybody to come back.

They installed two new HVAC systems and a tankless water heater. The crew was professional and very nice, but it took several days and there were a few hiccups. I also think maybe the owner/salesman should have discussed with me the efficiency of what I was buying. I think I wound up buying a cheap system (my fault, cost was critical) and wish I’d been given more knowledge and maybe bought a better system. My usage has been increased and it seems to be struggling all the time. And the hot water takes forever and never gets hot enough. BUT, I would recommend this group of companies, and have often.
Very professional and informative! Did the job for the estimate laid out in advance. We haven't had any problems for the 10+ years we've had the new AC system now! I would definitely use them again, and have referred them to family and friends as well!
Best experience we have had with any company, it's been a year now and everything is working great. Probably should have a check up on the system just for peace of mind. And my utility bills are lower too.
Always friendly and helpful for any ac/heating issue I may have.
In 2021 I had a service technician come out and repair my heating system. He was courteous, professional and honest, and he even took time out to explain to me about the issue that was causing the problem.... exceptionally great job on the work!!!
Had them come out twice for services both times they were awesome
HONEST AND EMPATHETIC. I called Morris Jenkins and they told me I have to change the entire system which would have costed me $15-17 thousand. After calling Race City,They sent Justin from Race city Heating and Air and it costed me $200. He said it’s the fuse that was bad and the water was jammed in the outlet pipe and he fixed it. We have no problems for 6 years. They are very genuine and experienced in letting us know what the real problem was.
I have used this company for over 10 years. They are professional but friendly; economical, deliver good value for my money. They have never tried to over-sell me or bill me for unnecessary services or services not performed. All repairs and installations have been performed with very high quality workmanship. I highly recommend Race City.
