ABSOLUTELY phenomenal experience! Very, very, very last minute call (like at 4) to see if they could help, and they were here by 6. Worked for over an hour to make sure we had A/C by the time they left. So professional, courteous, and easy to work with. 10 out of 10 stars. Thank you R2!!
Honest family owned business that is extremely responsive & thorough. I had my A/C mess up last summer and they got me in the same day as well as the following summer. They got to the root of the problem and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly and even took the time to follow up to see how things were running once the job was completed. The best customer service and quality of work in the business! They were very responsive when I initially inquired about a repair and showed up in a timely manner right when they said they would. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it, without trying to sell me on something else. Very thorough and polite the entire time. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.

My wife and I just bought our first house and needed the entire duct work replaced. Hughes Heating and Air came by for a look see and provided us with an estimate immediately! My wife and I felt very comfortable with Jeff and his team and decided to go with them! They did not disappoint!! In one day they completely tore out all the old duct work in our house, replaced with new, and cleaned up the mess behind them. These guys are legit!! Very professional, friendly, and trustworthy!! Hughes Heating and Air will take care of all my A/C needs from now on, period! #licensetochill
