Excellent service.
I NEVER write reviews but Mohammed is really one of a kind. On the coldest day I've ever seen in New York he came on the same day when my tenants were experiencing heating issues with the HVAC system. He was clear, patient, and quite punctual (I've had to wait 3 hours one time for another HVAC company's technician and they didn't even apologize). He worked tirelessly outdoor in the frigid cold to troubleshoot, and he charged reasonably compared to other companies. Mohammed was honest, knowledgeable, and really nice - a combination of qualities that is not that easy to find in this city.

I don’t usually write a review but felt it was necessary to share my experience In dealing with R&Z Air Conditioning. Choosing the right person you can trust is very difficult especially being a 76 year old female with absolutely no knowledge of air conditioning. Thanks to Mohammad and his expertise, my problem was solved.If you are looking for a great company to deal with this is the one. Definitely a 5 star experience. Thanks again to Mohammad👏👏😊
Mohamed and his team did an amazing job installing a ductless mini split in my one family house. They were super professional and answered all the questions I had. Would definitely recommend them.
Mohammed was very straight forward, professional and honest. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time, given weather and time of year. All questions and calls were addressed relatively quickly and his recommendations and advice were valued. Highly recommend!!
Mohamad is very respectful. He returns phone calls and keeps appointments. I had 5 units installed and a new electrical panel. Even though he explained everything to me, I called him at a later date to come by again and he did. I highly recommend this company.
Mohamed provided excellent customer service! He set up an appointment right away to diagnose my air conditioning issue. He wore booties to keep my home clean and was extremely polite. He knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed my air conditioning at a great price! He’s honest and I highly recommend his company!

I want to share my great experience with Mohammed. Our heat went off on our LG heat system.I called R&Z and Mohammed was at our house in couple of hours.He diagnosis the problem and went above and behind to fix the problem.Getting parts from LG and coming back to finish the job. The communication with him was great and he was answer my calls and texts all the time. I am recommending Mohammed to every one who need repair or a new system. Great service great experience.
I'm very pleased with the work Mohammed did at my home! Mohammed is a true professional. He's quite knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC and the various vendors, including the Industry. He is thoughtful and meticulously explains the process of what is going on. I had him install two [2] main condensers and six [6] head units in my home to provide cooling and heat - along with WIFI modules to control from my devices... I appreciate the work he has done. The AC works extremely well and so does the heat. When I had an issue or concern - Mohammed contacted me right away and came over at my convenience to rectify the issue/problem. This kind of work is not easy, I know from my experiences... Mohammed was patience and did what he needed to do to make his customer happy. I'd recommend him for your HVAC heat/cooling installation.
Mohammed is a professional. We are very pleased with his work and will be hiring him again to do more work for us. R&Z came prepared, was able to trouble shoot the installation challenges as they presented themselves and did all that he promised when he quoted.. I highly recommend Mohammed/ R & Z Co.
Originally Mohamed installed 4 units in my place of business which was fine. I recommended him to my mother and he installed units in her home as well except he did not finish the job and I have tried to contact him and I get no answer. I paid over $3000.00 and my mother has 4 units that cost thousands of dollars and they are sitting there. I have left multiple messages over the course of months and still no response. I will have to consider the next steps on order to get the units working.
Excellent customer service. Fast installation. Mohamed and his team provided and installed 5 ductless ac/heating and 2 condenser units in a large retail store in Manhattan. He also provided an electrician so it was one stop shopping.
Got new HVAC system this summer from R&Z. Mohammed put in a great system, and sized them properly. Now, I'm saving money on gas heating!

R&Z air conditioning is by far the best service one can wish for. As homeowners, we needed to replace our 10-yr old AC in May 2018. Finally a Air Conditioning Company you can trust Mohammed came, found the leak in my central AC system .Ordered the parts and came back around my schedule ,finished the job and helped me to understand. I can't say enough Honest and timely . Highly recommend you stop looking and call him.
