Great customer service and very helpful
Very Happy with the service. Nick Schwarz came to diagnose the issue with my fireplace and figured that the cleaning of Pilot/Sensor was needed and fixed the issue.

Nick came and resurrected our ancient furnace, talking us through what looked good, what looked troubling and the future of the device. He was on time, informative, thorough, polite, efficient and tweaked other things that we didn't even know WERE a thing. He did his best to make us more knowledgeable and we felt so cared for that we will be using R&S when the time comes to replace our beast. AND -- we now have heat in what for 18 years had been very cold bedrooms!
Very happy with the service. Furnace was out of commission, they were out the same day, explained the problem in a way I could understand, then fixed it without any funny business. I'll be keeping their number on hand.
I have been a loyal customer of R & S Heating & Cooling since 2016 and I can attest to the fact that they are professional, thorough, honest and fair in their pricing. At the time, I just purchased a Condo and wanted the furnace and air conditioning system checked as both were fairly old (35 years old). I found R & S Heating & Cooling through a Google search and decided to give them a call and I am glad I did. Upon inspecting my systems they were truthful and informed that despite their age both were operational and replacing them was not necessary. Their honesty won me over. Each year thereafter, I had them perform routine maintenance services and the systems remain operationally efficient and effective till this day. The owner and his staff are masters of their trade. The fact that they are DEPENDABLE, HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY is an added bonus. With R & S Heating & Cooling I have a piece of mind and comfort in knowing I am receiving quality, reliable service. I love this company and will continue doing business with them at my new home. Frankly, I would not think of doing business with any other.
We have 2 furnaces, each about 20 years old, so we have had R&S out for repairs a few times. They are very responsive and honest about what is the likely issue, and also the risks about what else could be an issue. Each time, Nick and team have spent as much time as necessary to thoroughly diagnose the issue, fix it, and then to verify all is working well. It's never fun to have furnace repairs, but this company does a great job to get everything working quickly! Thank you!

Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and sat on the phone with me for a good 45 min to see if we could solve the problem before he came out to investigate. He was fair, honest and incredibly gracious in how he explained everything. Other company said we had to replace both our AC and Furnace but Nick found a way to make a simple adjustment to get us where we need to be.
A huge thank you to Nick and the crew for all the great work they do! Just installed a hot water heater for us and helped us with venting a new dryer and fireplace issues in the past. R&S Heating and Cooling Inc. is communicative, timely, and go out of their way to be helpful. The owner helped me understand what was going on with my boiler and I learned a lot from him about how it works. Where other companies wanted to call it quits and have me purchase a new boiler, R&S Heating was willing to put in the work to fix my existing one and save me thousands of dollars. It is clear that this company not only cares about fixing home heating mechanisms, but also making sure their customers feel comfortable and safe. I had a really good experience with them. Used R&S heating and cooling to do maintenance and repair for my furnace and tankless hotwater heater. I liked that they showed up on time and repairs were quick. They didn't try and oversell me things and explained the why and what of the issues and repairs. A good group of honest people and a good price. I would recommend them for sure
Could not be happier with the service provided by R&S throughout the process! Found this company through a Google search. Bobby responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to get us scheduled for the next day. Nick was our technician and was kind, thorough and answered all of my questions. He explained things in a way that made sense and didn't use all kinds of technical language. In addition to resolving the issue with our furnace, Nick evaluated about 20 other criteria/components of the furnace to prevent any other issues. He took the time to learn more about our air conditioner and made recommendations for that without any sort of sales pressure, which I truly appreciate. I will definitely be using R&S moving forward for any of our heating and cooling needs and highly recommend their services.

Great Service I will use them anytime I have a Heating and Cooling issue
Nick went above and beyond to get my furnace working before Thanksgiving. He put in long hours so that I could make it up north to be with a terminally ill family member. I’ve used R&S for years and have never been disappointed. They take the time to explain what is going on, and as a woman, they’ve never talked down to me or treated me unprofessionally.
Nick visited for an annual furnace maintenance. Unlike several companies I have dealt with in the past, he was there for more than 15 minutes. He was informative, knowledgeable, patient with questions and thorough.

Great company with great people. Called Nick and told him my AC stopped working after the storm hit and he set me up for after hours because they were super booked. Justin came the next day and fixed the issue and did the tune up as well. He was very friendly and certainly seem to know what he was doing. We asked him about 542 different questions since we are new home owners and are new to Michigan in general and he answered everything and never tried to rush us. Now its been about 2 hours since he fixed everything and the house is cooling down and everything is fine. Could not recommend these guys more! Thanks Shawn
