I’m very big on supporting local, especially if that means using a smaller business versus going through a large corporation. After calling a larger company to find out what an A/C Tune Up would run and the earliest availability was (July), I searched and found RS Heating & Cooling and discovered the amazing reviews both on Yelp and Google and figured I’d give them a try. Ranjeet was very kind, thorough and responded to my call right away. I was pleasantly surprised to find the cost of his service was about $20 cheaper than the larger company, and he had availability the following week, so I took advantage and scheduled the appointment. The tech, Juan, who came out was delayed by a few hours, but we weren’t pressed for time so that wasn’t an issue, but it also helped that we received updated texts letting us know of the potential delay. Juan arrived and handled his business with care and was very professional and courteous in his interaction - his customer service was stellar! We didn’t need (thankfully) anything else for our unit after the tune-up, and will definitely reach out to RS Heating & Air in the future
Very nice Respectful Honest
Mr. Singh came over to my house and volunteered to fix my hot water heater. He is so nice and now this senior citizen has hot water again. I can never thank him enough for what he did.
I rarely write reviews but this company is top notch. I've had to use him annually (unfortunately) for my a/c - keeps leaking freon. I can't afford a new system right now so Ranjeet has been keeping me afloat for a few years now. This guy is the real deal - honest, efficient, on time, responsive, etc. I really can't say enough good things about him. There's a reason he's a 5 star company. Only wish more folks ran their businesses like this guy. Will always use and will always recommend.
The technician was very professional and determined to fix my furnace problems, he kept me informed of the issues and what he was doing to resolve my problem. I really appreciate the determination of the technician and now my Igloo home is a crispy toasty and very warm home thanks to the staff at RS heating and cooling

Ranjeet consistently provides professional and honest work. He is prompt in responding to calls and text messaging. Pricing is fair, clearly explains the problem, and he takes pride in his work. But more importantly, he has empathy for his costumers! My AC stopped working in the middle of a triple digits Fresno summer day. He was out in half an hour to diagnose the issue, parts store was already closed but he returned the next morning and got everything up and running! I highly recommend contacting Ranjeet if you have any heating or cooling needs.
