This past Thursday evening, I went down into our finished basement and discovered water cascading out of the ceiling drywall. We called Bob at R&R and he immediately came to our home and provided a temporary fix. He also called a restoration company for us to begin the clean up process. The next business day, Bob returned and expertly diagnosed where the burst pipe was and made the permanent repair. We couldn't have been more pleased with R&R's responsiveness. We have used the company for approximately 20 years, (since our house was built) for all of our plumbing needs. Their work is always top notch. Would highly recommend R&R for anyone in the Beavercreek/Dayton OH area.
We highly recommend Bob and his crew with R&R Service Plumbing. They have recently helped us out with our ac unit (replacing a motor under warranty). In addition to that, they have repaired/replaced our water softener and water heater. They are always timely and kind. Their repair cost are very fair and reasonable. We will definitely continue to use them if needed.
Over the last few years, I have used R & R Service Plumbing here in Beavercreek on several occasions for various repairs, including service on my hot water heater and furnace. I would recommend Bob and his company to anyone who needs plumbing and HVAC work performed at their home.

Bob came over to give me a quote on how to repair the pipes in my attic. All he did was use my bathroom, even though I said the water was off, and told me to relax he was just taking a wiz. He then proceeded to “teach me a lesson” about next time it gets cold I should drip the water faucet. Bob did not even go up into my attic to inspect, he got half way up the ladder and determined his crew was too small so I should call someone else. It’s one thing to come over and say they couldn’t do the job, its another thing to be disrespectful and rude and not even offer a quote. Seems like my house without water was just a bathroom break between jobs.
Showed up under an hour and had our problem solved in undrr 20 minutes. Very professional and efficient
Came out on a moment notice to diagnose and repair a leak in my mother’s kitchen. Quick, clean and able to distance fix the problem swiftly!
Had water pump issue after several different attempts called them, they were out the same day within the hour of my call. They have GREAT service, fixed the problem and are VERY knowledgable.
AC went out last night, called in morning, arrived within an hour, identified problem, had repair parts with them. My house was cooling down within 30 minutes. Super happy with their service! Definitely recommend and will use again for regular services

Bob came by and helped resolve my issue, very quickly. He has a great reputation in the Bellbrook area and after reading some of the reviews posted about his business, R & R Service Plumbing, I understand why he gets great reviews. I've contacted him a second time, for a separate issue. No long waits and no smoke screen about the services he provides.
They took 2 months to respond in fixing a poor quality faucet repair and didn’t show up for 2 follow up appointments. When asked what happened, they said the job fell through the cracks and had a nasty, unprofessional attitude. The faucet is still leaking. So I’m contacting a real plumbing service. Don’t waste time and money on these people. You will regret it.
Called them on a Monday about a busted water heater. They offered to show up the next morning. They were probably here for two, maybe three?, hours and got me squared away without issue. If COVID safety is important to you, they were both masked up and respectful on that front.
We have called Bob at R&R for over 15 years and his company has never failed to exceed expectations. Completely honest and frank with recommendations, if he's really busy, he will suggest one of his local peers who would be best suited for what we need. He is always my first choice.
