There were 3 guys who came for the installation of our new heating unit and AC unit. They were all very respectful. They were on time. They cleaned up their mess beautifully. The next day we smelled gas and within 20 minutes they were there with consumers energy resolving the issue. They are highly recommended from us.
I would highly recommend Adam at R&R heating & cooling I personally was in a bad situation with HVAC and a friend suggest to call Adam at R&R so… I did & it was the best decision I made, might I add… he was professional, very thorough, and he added “ if I have any problems to feel free and call him , he is so very reliable!! 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 all the way! Highly recommend

This company has who may be the best employe on the planet. I had a Mr. Adam Cooley come and help me many a time on multiple hvac problems my home had. There has never been a better man for the job. Mr. Cooley is profoundly skilled at his work and his professionalism has no match. There has not be a problem he could not fix. If ever an hvac problem you face, call this company and ask for their star employe, Adam Cooley.
Adam Cooley is the BEST! I have a couple of rentals I manage and he had gone the furnace inspections and in my own home installed a new Nest Thermostat. He also helped with an install of a pretty sophisticated humidifier called an Aprilaire 800
Had a new furnace and air conditioner installed at my house with all of the bells and whistles. My original ducting was hacked together and they fixed it quickly and with efficiency so that my whole system now runs better. Adam arrived promptly and performed professional work that exceeded my expectations. Would recommend!
Could not be more thankful for this company. We called several companys to come out and help and we had no luck. Christmas eve and a part on our furnace broke. We had no heat and I was in a complete tizzy thinking I was going to have to up root my 2 year old for a couple days because we had no heat. Thank you Robert who was kind enough to help us out this holiday! We had a great experience and we're so thankful!

Sent out a unlicensed guy Jack Domanski who instead of just doing what he was called out for ( Recharge Air Conditioner) he decided to try a phony sales tactic. He told me my furnace was shot heat exchanger was cracked. When I did not respond to buying a new furnace and air conditioner out of spite he disconnected wires to my furnace so it wouldn't turn on. Had to pay another company to reconnect them. Just filed a complaint about this with the state of Michigan DIRTY SALES TACTIC STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Had a difficult time having Rob return with filter for new furnace... other than that had great service... Installed new furnace an air conditioner reasonable price an installation...
