for all your heat and ac repair call them they are very courteous and kind did a great job on repairing our furnace and ac unit saved us a load of money when we where told by others we needed a whole new unit just needed some small repairs thank you R&M heat and ac LLC

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Rick has been the person I've had to deal with for the past 7 years while living in my duplex and he's the rudest, laziest, most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with in my life. He won't come do most jobs because he has to go home and eat, or because he's had a long day and simply doesn't feel like coming out to fix our problem. I've had to go days with no heat in single digit temperatures, I've gone days to weeks with no ac in 3-digit temps, and he doesn't care because he says "you're not the only person that matters". I'm currently 8 months pregnant with no ac and he said "sorry bout ya, I'm not coming out tonight." He never has any compassion for people and should seriously choose another career because he is absolutely the meanest and most heartless person, ever!! I can't choose who my property management uses to contract out their heat and air services with, but I'm hoping this review will help others decide to choose someone else for the heat and air servicing.
When they came over to repair my sink and replace my water heater, they did amazing work. They were polite, kind, and let me know exactly what they were doing. I felt comfortable with them working in my home and will definitely be calling them up again!
