I had a service call this morning and I personally had a really good experience. I know others have had issues apparently. Rick called the day before, we set up a time for the next morning, he called ahead of time and showed up when agreed and did a great job. I'm sure scheduling can be an issue depending on the weather and previous jobs taking longer than usual. I would personally recommend. He had his partner with him and they were both extremely courteous and informative on what was going on with our problem and will be an easy fix. Thanks again for coming out.
We had no issues with our service. He was on time and very professional. He got my unit up and running quickly. Thank you for your timely and professional service.
Had 2 new HVAC units installed and was very happy with the service.
Initially, these guys came out to evaluate an issue. They did fine with that part. The problems came after. We were scheduled for a job and had to reschedule (on our end) with plenty of notice. Then they had to reschedule. Behind because of the rain (important fact to remember). We were “put on the books” for a Monday at 8am and made sure someone was home. No one showed up or called. My wife and I both received voicemails at 12:47 in the afternoon asking to call back about the job. When I called, Robert King (owner) said, “I was trying to see if we could come out, because it was supposed to rain and this is one of the few jobs I can do in the rain.” My response was “when we spoke last week, you said you’d be here at 8am.” Mr. King, stated the following: “I’m sorry if I told you that. I don’t have you on the schedule, but we could come tomorrow morning.” When I told him we were moving on from them, Mr. King stated, “I apologize and I don’t blame you. Have a good day,” then hung up. I cannot comment on the quality of their work, but I can comment on their lack of ability to schedule or adhere to said schedule.
They respond quickly and were able to get out the same day I called them on 3 different occasions for different issues. Very reasonable pricing.
***I dislike leaving bad reviews, therefore I will update if problem is corrected*** Business hours are Monday thru Sat. I first called on Friday and received return call on Monday at 7pm stating someone would be to my property on Wednesday. They did show up, (late, but things happen) they spent about 20 minutes and stated that I needed a part. They asked for the service call fee and said they didn’t know if they had the part on-hand or if it would have to be ordered. They said the boss would let me know. This was around 1pm, when I didn’t hear from the boss for the rest of the evening/night, I called daily and left messages… 3 business days has passed and I have not received a phone call on the status of part. I understand that you have other customers but communicating updates is crucial. I’m without AC for 10 days now. And I have to call another company and pay another service fee. Please be more considerate of your customers. Thank you.
They're unresponsive. I dislike leaving leaving poor reviews so I will update appropriately when they call back and provide quality service. For now, 1 star.
I've used R&M for the past several years for my HVAC needs. Robert has always been very knowledgeable and responsive whenever I've had an issue. They recently installed a new HVAC system at my house and they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves well and worked hard to get it installed (even skipped lunch to get our A/C back on). R&M is also very reasonably priced and doesn't try to sell you anything that's not necessary.
I had a great experience with R&M Heating and Cooling. They helped me with a home warranty repair on my furnace. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but R&M proved that I had nothing to worry about. I'm very happy with the work they did, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Robert @R&M has been servicing my HVAC home system for over 15 yrs. Serviced a TRANE for over 10yrs and replaced with a GOODMAN once TRANE parts were hard and expensive to find. We all struggle with finding honest service people we can count on. Robert is the most honest technician I've met, highly experienced and installation (small or large) is 1st class. Very happy with Goodman HVAC. Very responsive to his customer base - I always know he will minimize any downtime. Prices are fair and reasonable too. He's the reason I quit using home warranty companies - no more getting the run around, saved time and money ever since.
First read their reviews and he treats all home warranty claims like garbage and they aren’t a priority because he isn’t getting paid as much. Two days of waiting for a response and he never responded to the ticket. He wouldn’t answer our calls and wouldn’t reply to our voice mails. Unprofessional and a little advice from a business owner if you don’t want to do a job quit, and if you don’t want to do warranty work then don’t it’s that simple.
My home warranty attempted to use them twice but there's no response from them. When myself and the home warranty attempted to call the only published number it rings twice and then hangs up.
WAITING ON A COMPRESSOR FOR AIR CONDITIONING FOR 6 WEEKS NOW !!! THEY NEVER ANY PHONE CALL OR RESPOND IN ANY TYPE OF WAY !! THIS IS EXTREMELY POOR AND LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
I had an appt time of 11a-3pm. At 3:30pm, I called the Technician to see if ge was still coming & he hung up on me. When I called from a different number, he answered & simple stated he was working & running late. I asked him could he give me a courtesy call when he was on the way & he said yes, he would. He called me after 5pm, to say he was on his way & I asked him why he was so late, esp when they close at 5, the Technician told me, "Ma'am, call your Home Warranty Company & get you a new Technician" then hung up the phone before I could say anything.
You replaced our capacitor quickly!
The man from R&M was very professional and gave a very decent price. We needed a part for our heater so he ran to Lowe’s and purchased it and came back timely to put it in. Would definitely recommend him if you want good service and don’t want to break your bank!
Put in a home warranty request and was never contacted. I called and left a message, and was never called back. I called again, spoke to someone who said they would call me back "that evening because they were driving at the moment" and was never called back. Guess what? I won't be calling back.
I called on a Sunday 2 times in August and both times they answered the phone and someone came out within hours. The 2 men Daryl and Chris who replaced my unit with a new Lennox System were on time, friendly and professional. They did a perfect job and had my house cooled down from 85 to 75 in no time. They cleaned up there work area and I could not be more satisfied with the job. Also the salesman Darin Mays was not pushy, very knowledgeable of the equiptment and got me the best for the best price. If you need repair or replacement call these guys. They actually answer the phone anytime.
We got a new AC unit from R&M recently... Excellent service with a great attitude. Always on time and reliable. Highly recommended and will continue to use!
