They took over 30 days to install a condenser and the a/c still is not working and they have been paid
We did not choose this company as this repair was initiated through our home warranty. This company never answers calls and after several attempts to reach them via phone and text you may get a text message as a response. They received the parts and it took them over a week to come back to complete the repairs after several phone calls and texts from us to set up a time for them to come. Today when they came to do the repairs the tech asked to use our bathroom as soon as he arrived at our house. They should have stopped to use the restroom prior to their arrival. The tech left and did not even tell us he was leaving. We have no clue if he finished the repair or what the status was. We of course tried again to call to find out the status with no response from the company. This company is far from professional due to their lack of response, the fact that they told me that our service has been a "hassle", and asking to use our bathroom right as they arrived at our home. I highly recommend if you need your a/c repaired call someone else!!!
Still waiting for them to come back and do the job. It has been a month. They took the 100 dollar service fee and ghosted us. Great business model I guess. (EDIT) I have called this business several times and the only actual response I have been given was this reply to a one star review.
We had a issue and Rodney was the best price with the fastest service possible. Highly recommend this guy. He’ll give you straight honest answers.

If could give a negative rating I would. Was hired to install a new unit at my home, it has now worked since he put it in over a week ago!!! He won't answer calls. I sent him a text he reaponded with "what is the square footage of your home" I responded with answer. I have not heard back from him, its has been days. Young kids in the house in the heat of August in the midwest. This should be unacceptable. Called the police they said they cant make a report because its a civil suit. Anyone know what I should do? P.S my old AC unit worked great was just old......he took it!!!!!! Now all thats left is the new unit that doeant work!!!!!!!
