This is the second time we used RG White's services.We called and they came out the same day.Very professional and kept their word.I wrote out the check wrong and were so gracious and came so I didn't have to drop it at the office.I would definitely call them again .
This is a late review. Had my system repaired in November of 2021. They will overcharge you. I do understand the area my unit is located is not the easiest to work with. They left a scratch/dent in my brand new Dryer and we’re not able to put back the tile ceiling because they broke the bracket. I tried to call and talk to the guy to get an explanation on how this happened. I had to have a family member here while they did the work. After many attempts of asking for the repair person to call me back I had no luck. Over charge and destroy your home and don’t replace anything the way it was. If you want to spend more to repair the damage they leave after then this is the place… I strongly recommend using another company. The receptionist was nice but no calls back to explain or apologize or try to fix what they broke is not acceptable when being overcharged as well.

Not only did they not communicate well, they didn't ask questions, they used and destroyed a hand towel in our home when cleaning who knows what, and over charged. They also fail to send invoices. Do not use this service.
100% The best decision you will make is to hire RG White HVAC/Plumbing. My plumbing was backed up. I tried to snake it myself and was unsuccessful. I called a different company and they took days to come out, longer still for a “second look” and then told me I needed $6000 in repairs. Never sent me a contract. Never called me back. At this point my two young children and I have not been able to bathe or use indoor toilets or wash our hands inside the house for TWENTY-ONE DAYS. I call up RG White and they come out that same day. My problem was fixed that same day. How can RG White do in 1 day that another company couldn’t do in 21+ days and at 1/10 the cost??? Because they care. And they are knowledgeable, and friendly, and fast. I wish I had called them 21 days ago. Now I know!
In having my oil burner serviced, the technician explained so much to us, it was an educational session. From the first call to completion of the service - we give 5 stars for RG White.
Outstanding quality of service, they get it right the first time. Installed A/C system, do maintenance of 30 year old oil burner They know what they are doing, highest ethical standards, makes you feel like you are dealing with family !

I can honestly say, regular work, or emergency situations, RG White has been there for us any time we call, with excellent service and installations. Through all of the aug 2020 storm and the craziness our area experienced, they were able to pump my basement dry almost as soon as i called Bob. They also had the replacement sump pump i needed in stock, on their shelves, when every other place in the quakertown area was sold out. I highly recommended you make RGWhite your one stop shop for all your plumbing and HVAC needs. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!
They got the job done correctly, fast, and cleanly. They were professional and polite and wore face masks while speaking to myself or my wife (2020 covid-19). The quote was over 200 less then what I ended up having to pay, but these things happen.
I had an issue with my HVAC system and called their number for help. My house is new and I wasn't sure who installed the unit. It turned out they didn't install it but the person I spoke to was very helpful and professional.
Very quick service, came out in 10 minutes for estimate. Fixed problem next day.

I was introduced to RG White many years ago when my master bedroom addition needed HVAC. More recently I needed work with my air conditioning and hot water heater. Our family has always received friendly, honest and quality service from these guys. I especially like that they are family owned and operated.
I've had Bob and his crew out to service my gas fired boilers and also do plumbing work and am happy with the quality of work and speed of service, and will gladly call on them again should the need arise.
So happy ! They came out right away at 10 o’clock at night and fixed our problem. Extremely efficient clean and professional. Very courteous and went over details about the problem and solution totally recommend this company!
R G White is the company you want working on your heating and cooling units, these guys are extremely knowledgeable. They have done multiple jobs for me and I couldn't be happier.
These guys really knew what they were doing, had a great 24 hour service, made the repairs in a reasonable amount of time, and was priced very fair. Recommend them 100%
