Could not help with my issues but were helpful in letting me know who could.
Very well priced and provides excellent service. Prompt response had me back up and running very quickly. Would highly recommend, Robbie will make sure the issue is diagnosed and he’ll even walk you through what he’s doing if you’re interested. Hopefully I never have to call him again but I got his number saved if I do!
Robbie was fantastic! I called the first number I found on Google, and that company wanted me to do $1800 in repairs or a $2800 replacement (the pain of being a young woman). As I was calling around for estimates and spoke with Robbie, he requested that I allow him to come look at the unit himself. An hour later, my unit was up and running again for such a reasonable cost (very little overhead with him)! He also walked me through what he was checking and to what parameters my system should be running, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend him and will be using him for future repairs.
My unit quit working last night, Robbie, the owner, answered and listened to all of my "diagnostic" suggestions, and told me he we be here in an hour and a half to check it out and give me a quote. I was ready to swap the whole system out for a new one. Robbie talked me out of a large purchase unlike other companies who would love a customer like me who is ready to spend that much money, but Robbie convinced me to let him properly diagnose the current one I have and we would see from there. Needless to say, I am sitting in a nice cool house and my wallet doesn't feel like I just bought a car. Thanks Robbie, I will call you for any future issues, you left me feeling confident in my system.
Had my air condition / heat unit replaced a few months ago. Gave me a reasonable quote, showed up on time. Got it all replaced in about 4 hours. Came back about two days later to check it out. Said I'd be saving money on electricity by upgrading my unit and he was right. Have not seen such good electric bills in several years and I am running my unit about it 3 degrees cooler. Great job. Very professional.
