Excellent, honest, professional service from the owners who actually do both the diagnoses and the repairs if needed, unlike other large HVAC companies like Action Air, that sends a tech out, says I need an new condenser and another person needs to come out to bid it. Tom and Pat said it was running fine and just needed Freon. I'm a Realtor and totally appreciate owner proprietors who have integrity that do the work themselves. Thanks guys!
Professional, punctual and very helpful. Tom answered the phone, came out to San Marcos quickly, and resolved the problem. I would highly recommend R&C and would definitely use again.
Company owner showed up on time quickly diagnosed the main source of the problem that necessitated the call for service (outside AC unit not clicking on) turned out a set of contactors inside the outside unit was blocked by bugs and debris he cleaned up the area, checked the unit refrigerant which also needed service then checked unit in the attic, checked all the temperatures at the ceiling vents, check the filter intake excetera system working well reasonably priced good service definitely would recommend R&C to any friends.

Pat and Tom installed a 5 ton heating and AC unit in my garage/workshop, last summer, and now I can make saw dust 7/24 all week long. Their work was exceptional. Service after installation was done without question. Pat replaced a part in my electrical panel that was defective. I would highly recommend R&C heating and air, without question.
Patrick and Tom came out to my home in Escondido and they fixed my heating system. They were through and checked out all the heating and air conditioning. They fixed a problem that others were not able to fix!! I highly recommend R&C Heating and Air.
R & C came out to my house on June 27 to completely recharge my small split inverter Pioneer AC unit that after three years lost its cool. They were thorough, looking for leaks, completely vacuuming out the system and recharging it with fresh refrigerant (whatever it is called). It worked great for a couple months, but then slowly got warm again. I don't think it was their fault, they did a thorough job. Sometimes things like very small leaks are hard to find. So, Oct 2, I called them back and told them what happened. They came back to my house and fixed the problem at NO CHARGE - a very fair thing to do since most contractors rarely guarantee a job for over 30 days. This was more than 90 days later. So, while they were here, I also asked them to look at my other AC unit which was better, but also not like new. They recharged that one also and only charged me half-price. A good company that stands behind their work.
