Came and fixed the AC same day, and made sure everything was good before they left, 10/10 good service.
Showed up on time, communicates, backs work with warranty and fair price
Sebastian accepted my call in the evening, arrived early the next day for the appointment, fixed everything quickly, charged a fair rate, and was incredibly kind the entire time. For as long as he’s in the business, I’ll call him for my AC needs!
Called Mr Sebastian late evening and he was willing to come out the same night w/no extra fees. Very polite and quick to get right to the problem, explained to me what was wrong and was able to fix it at a very reasonable price. Will Definitely refer/use them again, hopefully not to soon though lol

We hired QuickFix to install a new unit and they were out here the next day to get installed. They answered all of our questions (and we had a lot of them) very quickly. Price of the unit was the best and the customer service was stellar. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. Grade A+++
The gentleman was nice. However not timely. I shouldn’t have to reach out to a business to confirm if their still coming or not. If you’re going to be late, you need to communicate that with the customer in a timely fashion. My appt was at 4 and he had not arrived. Therefore I reached out only to be told that he would be an hour late. I also had to go behind him and close cabinets that were left open by him etc. Overall his kindness balanced out the experience. These are small fixes that can be addressed
Sebastian was great. He and his team were very responsive to the many jobs I needed them for. Sebastian is very knowledgeable and dedicated to finding the best resolution for any issue regarding HVAC systems and ac maintenance. I literally call him anytime and he is always available to provide insight and top of the line work. I am proud to call Sebastian my go to AC man!

My ac went out last night/early this morning. I just started googling and shopping around. When I talked with Sebastian I got a good vibe so I went with him. He initially told me he couldn't come til tomorrow morning. Somehow he fit me in today and went right to the source and fixed it. I really appreciate your promptness and honesty. Sebastian ROCKS!! My AC unit went out on a 4 year old unit over this holiday weekend. Out of all the companies my warranty provider sent me, he was the only company to answer my call. He was very polite and assured me he would take care of me. He was availble the same day (a holiday) mind you and even called to let me know he could arrive earlier than the agreed upon scheduled time frame. He was on-time and came prepared with the part to fix my unit on the spot!! He explained the situation with the faulty part and educated me on the importance of yearly AC maintenance. He was reasonable in price and I didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of me and or the situation. He even checked my coolant levels and assesed the unit in the attic as a courtesy. I appreciate his diligence as a business owner and commitment to customer service. He has a customer in me for life!!
I own two washaterias. Sebastian has done several jobs for me including a new outside unit, fan repairs, TXV valve replacements, duct work, freon additions, inside coil replacement, and new leak pans with shut off switches. Sebastian is extremely responsive and comes out ASAP and always is on time. Sebastian is very honest and provides great quality work at reasonable prices. I don't let any other contractors on to my properties because I don't trust them quite frankly. But I trust Sebastian to work on my HVAC anytime. 5 stars for Sebastian and his crew.
Sebastian came out same day to check my AC out. Found that our blower motor and circuit board were out. His quote was more than reasonable for the skill needed to do the job, specially since he also made sure we had enough refrigerant. Thank you for your help, will definitely recommend to others needing HVAC services.

Used Sebastian twice. Once to replace an evaporator coil and reload with freon. Diagnosed in the morning and installed that evening in the middle of summer. Second was for ac capacitor. Both times came out next day to look at the problem and fixed then fast without an upsell. Great price, honest, fast efficient, no upsells.
Replaced complete system including ductwork. Treated my home as if it were their own very cautious and courteous. Also gave me an incredible deal!! Highly recommended.
