As a property manager I see a lot of contractors, and Queen B is definitely first rate in every respect. Clean, responsive, helpful, professional, reasonably priced, and just so easy to work with. While I have used them for many repairs and been pleased with their work, this trip was to install a propane boiler after removing the oil system. Things could not have gone smoother and the job couldn’t have been tidier. First rate!

We had a leaking water heater. The first company we contacted didn't really want to investigate the problem. They just wanted to sell us a new water heater at an extortionate price. And we were charged for their visit and estimate which wasn't free. We then decided to try Queen B who gave us a free estimate. Brenda was very helpful and informative over the phone. The technician who later arrived (Bart) was also very helpful and took his time to explain the problem in a manner that was easy for us to understand. After investigating he explained only the expansion tank was faulty (the internal bladder/diaphragm mechanism had broken and was full of water). The water heater itself (which is less than 5 years old) is perfectly fine and didn't need to be replaced. Bart gave us a reasonable price estimate and proceeded with the work. He replaced the expansion tank, installed isolation valve, set water pressure, flushed the hw heater and set the temperature, and lastly checked for operation and leaks. It has been over a week now and there hasn't been a single leak. My wife and I are so happy to have found such a genuinely honest and hard working company like Queen B Plumbing, Heating And Cooling, and we hope to continue working with them in the future. great service considering that i was a new client as my regular plumber had retired calling about an urgent problem. both company's owner brenda and the plumber danny were friendly, professional, prompt in responding and accommodating. queen b is now my primary service provider for any of my future heating/plumbing/hvac needs. j

I used Queen B Plumbing, Heating and Cooling to replace my boiler system. I am very pleased with the install. It was done professionally. They provided superior service. They were honest with their quote too. They quoted me the second best price out of five different estimates including PSE&Gs estimate. The estimate that was below them was from a shady company wanting to do the install without permits. I would like to say that three of the other estimates were between $3000 and $4000 higher then Queen Bs. One of the companies even called back and lowered there estimate by $3000 making up some story about how they started using a new distributor that would lower the price by $3000 if I would use them. Needless to say I can see from this that Queen B is a great company and you will get an honest quote and top notch professional work done by them. I worked with Daniel and Bart both had great knowledge, very friendly and spent time to explain everything to me. I don't normally write reviews, but felt this one was necessary being a female that has no clue about boiler systems. I highly recommend them. Below is my new boiler system. Jeanne Sachkowsky
Queen B is a great company. Our hvac system was 20 years old and thus we were looking to replace it preventatively. Bart is so skilled at what he does. This man is a God send, him along with the team installed an entire hvac system in literally less than half a day. Queen B plumbing gave us a great price for replacing our system. If you need competent, clean, immaculate work ask for Bart! Amazing team, company, very professional. Thanks to Bart we will be a life long customer.

Cannot recommend Queen B and her team enough. From my initial call with Brenda to her amazing and professional team; Bart, Jeff, Dave and Daniel, I thank you all. We had a difficult fix needing multiple parts and special tools to repair very large, old, pipes that connect to our boiler. Brenda kept me updated through out, from status of parts to scheduling as soon as everything arrived. She was so kind with our situation in this old house and made our fix a priority since the temps were dropping to the 40's in the evening. The team worked so hard to obtain the needed parts from different locations with priority shipping. The team was at my home working all day and didn't leave until everything was working properly and no leaks. The kindness they showed , the expertise and the professionalize is beyond tops. The team worked so hard to find and receive the needed parts from different locations, shipped on priority and had the team at my home within 72 hours, working all day. I rarely leave reviews so for me to leave one implies the impact Queen B has had. Very professional, always responds whether it’s by phone call or text with updates. Schedules accordingly and accommodates various schedules. My drain issue was resolved swiftly and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out for other various projects if I receive the same level of responsiveness and professionalism.

Installed a new unit 12 months ago. Very professional and neat workmanship. Done according to code and they positioned the unit to make access for checking and charging easy to do. Thinking ahead! I also engage them for AC maintenance and annual check-up.
Did a rapid and solid job on installing our residential HVAC replacement, and was responsive to questions after the installation was complete. They were not the cheapest, but I selected them because I was willing to pay more for a Trane system installed by a certified operator. Replacement of our existing system took one day. when the new system glitched they came out in a few hours to put it right.
Brenda and her team were nothing short of helpful, attentive, and problem-solving! We had a broken split unit system (broken on the outside) and Brenda was able to get the parts we needed to replace and made the process very smooth. Brenda was also very responsive, professional, and down-to-earth. We will certainly recommend Queen B to our friends and neighbors in the area.
I had chosen Queen B after doing my research on HVAC systems after I needed a AC condenser replacement after mine had a leak. I decided on Trane and Queen B is one of their dealers. One of the main reasons I chose the team because they didn't try to BS me like other HVAC companies quoting insane prices for a condenser replacement. I had spoken to Brenda (The Owner) on the phone she helped me through my questions and was very transparent with the quotation and scope of work needed. On the day of installation the crew where punctual and where very quick with the installation without sacrificing a quality installation and spent time on diagnostics and checking for line leaks. They cleaned up outside and got rid of the old condenser as well. I would highly recommend Queen B Heating and Cooling and would use them again in the future!!
