Joshua and his team did not disappoint! I had them come look at my gas fireplace to see if it worked and he gave me details on what needed to be fixed and prices for everything. While they were there I mentioned my AC wasn’t working and he offered to take a look since they were already there. He was able to identify what was wrong and gave me options. The unit was over 20 years old so I opted to get a new AC and furnace installed. Literally 3 days later they were back with a crane to remove the old AC off the roof and had everything replaced and up and running for me. Everything works great and I will definitely be calling him to help me with future jobs
AC went out late Friday night. Figured we were out of luck until the next week. Contacted Josh @ Quantum through Riverton AC. He was there early Saturday morning and had repair done in a couple of hours. Highly recommend.
GAS FIREPLACE REPAIR - The fireplace stopped working and despite my best efforts to fix it, armed with YouTube, ha ha! I actually did it one time before, but this time was a no go. I called the professionals. I was lucky to get Josh. No one else answered. It was meant to be. He answered my call for help. He came out right away to assess the situation. He determined that I needed new parts. After all, the house is close to 20 years old and the fireplace has served well. He ordered the parts and sent me a receipt right away via text for the parts from his phone to mine. He's up with technology for sure! When the parts arrived at his shop, he texted me to let me know that the parts had arrived and advised that they were all there so we could schedule a time for him to install them. He showed up as scheduled and in a matter of what felt like minutes, he had the fireplace up and running. Thank you Josh, your employee, and Quatum Heating and Cooling for your professionalism, your thoroughness, your knowledge, your staying in touch, your efficiency,. . .. I'll be calling you again for any HVAC, heating, etc., services.
I had originally provided Josh and Quantum a positive review. The first job they did for me was done well and on time. However, things have gone downhill since then. I moved to a new home and contacted him for some work, and he started to give me some numbers and was really pushing me on some upgrades I couldn’t afford at the time. Then when I asked for a quote on the other items, he would not commit or even give me a ballpark, then started pricing things really expensively. So I didn’t end up hiring him. Now, the original job he did for me has malfunctioned. My thermal expansion tank that he installed on my water heater burst, and even though he gave us a 6 year warranty on parts and labor, refused to even come look at it, and told me it’s not covered, and it would like be $700-800 for him to fix. I have a much more professional plumber coming to fix it for less than $150. I think a Josh takes advantage of people because he’s an expert and relies on us not knowing what a fair price is, and he has terrible customer service skills and etiquette. I would avoid this company at all costs.
When I called to schedule a furnace tune up I asked what the total cost of the service would be, I was told $50. However I was charged $125 because there was an additional $75 service fee. I understand that a technician isn’t sent out for free and that additional work required incurs additional fees. It just would’ve been nice if those had been discussed with us as the job was being done. The guys who came were nice and professional but the lack of communication about fees involved was frustrating.
We have been renting a home in West Jordan for 4 years. We were pretty much guaranteed that our AC was going to stop working at least once a summer because the unit is quite old. The landlord would have us pay $60 service fee for the warranty company to send someone out to diagnose and repair. Last year, after she was unhappy with the quote on cleaning the coils, she had Quantum come out to get a second quote. They were able to perform the service at almost half the price, on relatively short notice. We thought we had completed this summer without any issues, and are in the process of moving when the AC stopped working again. Josh was able to come out the day after Labor Day and get us up and running again, and helped convince the landlord that making us sit in a stifling hot house because she didn't want to pay for service was absolutely unacceptable. Thank you so much for your help and your service. I would recommend Quantum to anyone in the Salt Lake area.
We called this company during a crazy heat wave and Josh was at our house in less than 3 hours. They gave us a very fair price with phenomenal service. They even installed the AC/Furnace over Labor Day weekend while I was away on business and sent pictures every step of the way. I will not use anyone else for my heating and cooling needs.

Josh and his team came threw and fit me in right away when i was pushed out about 2 weeks from every other company i called, he fixed it cleaned it wiped every back down .him and his team was Awsome to talk too definitely wont ever call another company again just in time for the holiday's so thanks again to josh and his team..

Such a fantastic company! My ac went out and they were able to come out same day and give me a diagnosis and a reasonable quote. They were very fast and efficient. Got my part ordered and installed next day as promised. I would definitely recommend Quantum Heating and Cooling too all my family and friends.

I bought a new dryer from Lowe’s and instantly was having issues with it drying. I would have to run it 3 times on high to get my clothes dried. I had a hvac company come out to clean the vents, they told me it was completely cleaned out, so than I had the technician come take a look at my dryer, they said it looked perfect and it wasn’t the dryer having issues. I had the hvac company come back out again and this time they took pics to show me it was cleaned out. I tried running the dryer and still had issues. Ended up contacting these guys and told them what was going on, they came the very next day and knew exactly where to look. Turns out it still was clogged in my vent line which they cleaned out in a timely manner and BAM my dryer works like it’s supposed too. Highly recommend
