Keven did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him. He advised us of 2 options, both would work in our case well. We got a Bosch, at a time when many other units were not available due to supply chain issues. I’m so glad we did opt for Bosch. Forward thinking technology is the way of the future. This review should have been done many years ago but life has a way of getting away from you. In the winter of 2015 I was shopping to replace my HVAC system and gathered quotes from a number of companies. I went with Kevin Konnis at Quantum Climate Control Services based on his competitive price, excellent online reviews and a recommendation from an HVAC wholesaler. I highly recommend Kevin at Quantum Climate Control Services based on over 7 years of having him not only install a new HVAC system in 2015 but also having him service it. Kevin is professional, knowledgeable, honest and a great person to work with. He's a straight shooter who gives you options with no hard sell. I trust him enough that he has done work for neighbors, family, and friends.

I needed a new A/C system and Kevin was incredible through the entire process. Responsive, punctual, honest and professional. My house is old and complicated so I completely expected issues to arise - but that was not the case! Even though work had me out of town during the install, the entire project went off without a hitch. Kevin is an expert in his craft and I could tell he treated my home with care, even offering to come by once I was back home to show me some of the more advanced features of my new smart thermostat. If you need HVAC work I can't recommend Quantum Climate Control enough!

Kevin has done a great job for us for years. He recently did a full install of a new A/C unit and was able to complete in under the quoted time. He’s always responsive and very quick to resolve any issues we’ve had... definitely recommend.
Kevin is the owner and worker. He's very responsive, hard working and honest. The AC in my house had issue before and cost >$1000 to fix the leak so I'd expect couple of hundreds this time. Kevin was able to work by my schedule after 5pm. He quickly spot the issue with the compressor only and charged for only $100. He also checked the freon level and advise me no need to add at this point while my neighbors found other guys to add hundreds of dollars of freon. I asked him to check on the attic due to my concern of the pipe leak and he climbed up there over 100 degrees without asking a penny. I'll definetly recommend him to others.
Working through an AC replacement could have been a nightmare, but with Kevin, it was easy as could be. He provided information, options, and the ultimate in customer service. Thank you, Kevin!
Kevin was an amazing contractor to work with! I had 2 heat pumps installed outside, 2 air handlers installed inside, and a brand new wifi thermostat over two years, all through Kevin at Quantum Climate Control. I did the upstairs unit one summer and the downstairs unit the next summer. Kevin gave me multiple options, explained the pros and cons of all and then let me decide. Low key, no pressure, and he never once tried to change the pricing or nickel and dime me. He submitted the warranties for me, emailed me copies of them, etc. He did every single thing he said that he would and always showed up on time. Undoubtedly, the best contractor I have hired. Kevin actually saved me from certain disaster. I had some cold and damp tiles on my bathroom floor and I assumed it was a leak under the floor. I had a plumber come out and he gave me two options, tear up the floor to fix the leak or cut through tons of drywall to run new pipes. This was right about the time I was considering my downstairs unit so I called Kevin to tell him I had to cancel the unit because I had some major expense in the works to fix a leak in my bathroom. Kevin advised me that the plumbers assessment didn't sound right so he came out and took a look. Turns out my old heat pump had developed a Freon leak which was causing my lines to freeze over. He did some troubleshooting and was able to confirm the Freon leak was the cause of the damp, cold feeling on my bathroom tiles. With that said, I moved forward with replacing the unit and it fixed the problem. I can't even imagine if I had ripped up my bathroom chasing some phantom leak!! That was just crazy, lucky timing for me. So glad Kevin knows what he is doing! There are tons of A/C contractors here in AZ but I truly believe Kevin is one of the most straight forward you will find.
What an amazing company. We had an issue with our A/C not blowing very cold and had a George Brazil tech come out. He told us our unit had a leak and needed to be replaced. He then pushed hard to sell us a new unit and even got him "manager" on the phone to get us a "deal". Very pushy. It felt like a car salesman pressuring us. I told them I wanted another opinion and they started pushing harder. Anyway, the next day I called Kevin. He came by the house and took about 30 minutes looking over our A/C. He told us that the coolant was low and suggested adding coolant (around $70) and seeing how long it would last before doing costly repairs or buying a new unit altogether. Talk about an opposite experience from the first company. We added coolant and it worked for another 12 months. At that point, we decided to add coolant again. This time it worked for only about 2 weeks. He came back out and checked it out. He refilled the coolant and adjusted the valve until there was no leak AT NO COST. He said that he felt like the valve was leaking and in an attempt to tighten it during the prior visit, it must have caused the leak to increase. After that visit, we haven't had any further issues. Kevin had amazing customer service and he was totally honest and open with us. I can't suggest him highly enough!
