I called to see if someone could come out to check an AC issue and someone very quickly called me back. With a few questions and the simple checks she asked me to do, the issue was solved without the need for a service call, saving me time and money. I really appreciated that. She was courteous, professional, and quickly resolved the situation, making it a non-issue. I will always only call Quan Air from now on.

Would give an additional 5 stars if available! Ryan came out to inspect a broken fan motor on our outside A/C unit that was 20 years old. While other companies told me it was a waste to fix, Ryan fully inspected the unit and found the fan motor to be the only part at fault. He quickly located an original part and the unit was repaired within 3 hours of initial diagnosis saving thousands of dollars. He also replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils to further the life of the unit. This is an honest company who looks after the well-being of their customers and I would highly recommend their services.
They were very punctual, friendly and honest. They were also very observant to any changes from the last visit. They are very thorough in their work and the office staff very helpful and friendly!

Shane and his Brother in Law were the first and only ones who I’ll let dig into it. They don’t leave a mess just simply do the A/C and AND clean up after themselves.
Ryan and Andy are the best. Andy did my servicing in 2017 and Ryan was out at my house a year ago to repair a 20-year-old system and had me up and running in less than 2 hrs. He came out a few days ago (the system needs replacing now) and remembered me and everything about the prior year's visit. I would not trust anyone else with my A/C! Update: During the 3-day window between scheduling A/C replacement and installation (delay was on my end as I needed to arrange time off work), I had time to go to other sites and read several reviews of the unit Ryan had recommended. All reviews of the Trane unit were positive except for one comment stating that the unit made "more noise than expected" when cycling on and off. I mentioned this to Ryan as I am an incredibly light sleeper. Ryan took the time to program the unit to go off and on a couple of times so I could hear what it sounds like while I went to several different rooms to listen. I could barely hear it. After several nights sleeping in the room right next to the unit, I can report that I don't hear it at all. Not. One. Tiny. Bit. (Whoever posted "more noise than expected" was badly mistaken). As for comfort, you really can't beat this system. It cools and dehumidifies, keeping me quite comfortable even though I keep the setting at 78* wheras the old unit was set to 74*. Ryan ran his crew like clockwork and they did a fantastic job all around! Update: 13 months layer- heat advisories several days in a row. House is still comfortable. Just to be sure everything was A-OK, I thought I'd get a check up. Andy came out the next day and everything is perfect! My new system cools better and runs fewer hours, saving money. The superior dehumidifier is worth every penny!
Called at 4pm on Saturday, they had the problem fixed by 6.30!!!!! You can’t beat that with a stick! Ryan was very friendly and fast.

From start to finish QUANAIR has been amazing. I called the number on their website and spoke to a real person. We tried calling the original installer before we called QuanAir, but was told through automation that someone would call us back. 3.5 hours later we got a call from the original company that installed our A/C unit, at that point we already had a window of when a technician would be at our home from QUANAIR. Andy arrived and was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and told us exactly what was wrong with our unit. Not only that, but he said, it should be under warranty with the original installer. Nice to see a company that is honest and does right by the customer. If it is not under warranty we will be calling back for QUANAIR to do the job!
Our A/C stopped working on a Saturday and Andy responded right away. His brother Ryan was out at our house within just a few hours and had our A/C working again right away, with parts he had in his truck. They are both great guys and good at their job!
