Jason recently serviced our Gaylord UV ventilation system on our offshore production facility in the Gulf of Mexico. Jason was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and methodical. He willingly worked around our busy schedule, including working late to service & troubleshoot our system. Jason worked in conjunction with our electricians, control room and catering crew with ease, being careful not to disrupt service or compromise operations. Jason was quick on his diagnostics and thoroughly communicated with the crew(s) the plan moving forward. Jason thoroughly discussed his findings with each department and fielded every/any questions. I cannot stress how enthusiastic and professional Jason was. Jason has made such an impression on our maintenance team, he was recognized in our morning SIMOPS meeting with the whole crew present. Mr. Rivera is a talented and very professional individual who not only makes sure his work is up to code, but also makes sure the job exceeds expectations. I was able to get him to come to New Jersey after my basement got completely flooded due to storm Ida. He replaced and worked all electrical issues, including the replacement of electrical braker box and all wiring. He took him upon himself to speak with the town, to make sure we met all municipal codes. He is indeed the best! A God's send.
