They're decent to accommodate people. I was extremely happy that my request was accommodated fast as I requested a professional technician. Our ac that was not working has been checked and fixed excellently. The technician even thanked me for trusting him. He saw me delighted with his exceptional service. Great service. Quickly diagnosed and offered several options ranging in price range to accomidate any financial burdens.. Had my Ac up and running in less than an hour.
They sent out a proficient technician within a minute and I was impressed with his performance for he only took an hour dealing with my heater repair needs. I also liked his positive energy while handling the repair. Everything was fixed and it was working perfectly again. Every time I have an hvac issue, I will call them again.
I had a horrible experience with this company. I was shocked, given all the great reviews (though many of them actually seem fake and so generic). But I set an appointment for AC repair diagnostics, and they said the tech would be here the next day between 11am-2pm. So I took off work, and at 2pm got a call from the office (seemed like an answering service), and they said the tech was running behind on a job and would be here by 4pm. So I waited another 2 hours. At 4:10, I called and they said they couldn't get in touch with the tech, but would keep trying. At 4:30, I called again, and they said the tech would be there within an hour. He finally showed up at 6pm, spoke very limited English making it difficult to understand, and was extremely unapologetic about the delay. He then proceeded to look at our system, and after running some diagnostics, quoted me $370 for repair, saying we had a bad capacitor. But he refused to break down the quote for parts and labor, and I know the capacitor itself is only $25-$50, and it's a 20-minute replacement. So I declined the service, and will either call a different company or do it myself, since $350 labor for a 20-minute repair job is robbery. And to top it off, my AC is only 2 years old and under warranty, but he tried to tell me the capacitor isn't covered under warranty, when it actually is. Horrible experience!

I am much impressed with Quality Santa Clarita AC Service's understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction. There are many companies out there that claim 100% satisfaction but do not stand by their word. Quality Santa Clarita AC Service is not one of them. I had a concern and Wayne addressed my concern immediately with no questions asked. I would highly recommend Wayne to my friends and neighbors and anybody need heater repair!
Quality Santa Clarita AC Service installed a Fujitsu split AC system in my living room a year ago. Great workmanship at an affordable price from other competitors. If you are looking for a split a/c for your home, stop looking. You found the best!

Quality Santa Clarita A.C can take appointments but they cant keep them. I had an appointment on 4/13/18 an Waited for them from 10am-12. But no one ever showed up. I did get a call from the tech around 1pm telling me he'll be there in 1hr. By that point I was done. I called the company to ask if they had any one else available, but they put me on hold for about 10 minutes and then told me that the lady who takes care of this was busy. 1 star is 1 star to many. I actually give them negative stars. This Company is no Good.
I am living in an area where broken air conditioners means no sleep, yesterday afternoon our air conditioner refused to turn on for an unknown reason, I called this company seeking for help, the guy who answered the phone was so friendly and told me a technician will come tomorrow morning to fix it. next day, by 10 a.m everything was working fine as it was before, the person they sent was so professional. I recommend them.
Just had a strange experience with this company. I couldn't find their contractors license number on their website or the the CA state lookup. So I called. They refused to give me the number! When I said I didn't invite companies to make a bid without their number, they said they didn't have it. I'd beware.
The service from this company was great. Recently my air conditioning stopped working, and I called the company to send someone to take a look at it. It was extremely hot and humid, and it was getting very uncomfortable inside my house. Thankfully, the worker showed up in under 2 hours. The repair took him about 40 minutes (he cleaned some filter or something). The man himself was very polite and respectful. Thank you!
I was not looking forward to having my A/C looked at because I always feel like companies will charge to much or give a bad diagnoses. Since it was going to be pretty hot however, I really didn't have a choice but to get it done today. The technician that came out was very prompt and quickly addressed the problem as a bad battery and didn't even tell me there were 3 other things wrong with it as well. He had the parts on hand in his truck, got it fixed right away and my house is now cool again! I appreciate that he showed me what was wrong. When the job was done I was even charged a very reasonable price I couldn't argue! I'll definitely use these guys next time and recommend their service to friends.
