Terri was extremely prompt about calling me back and setting up an inspection for the following day. He arrived on time, ready to work. His diagnosis was spot on, fortunately for my family he immediately tested for carbon monoxide which was presently at an unsafe level. After dealing with corporate businesses and all their up selling, Terri is exactly who I wish to do business with. He is straightforward, and has a genuine concern for the families and homes he works in. After the seasons turned, our AC wasn’t working properly so again we called Terri. His quick diagnosis and repair got is up and running better than before. A+ Thanks Terri

Terry came quickly after I called and had our AC going on a hot afternoon. He promises a free service visit one year after installing the new system which is appreciated. He has good reviews because he does a good job.
MY A/C WENT OUT AND I CALLED A GUY I'VE NEVER USED BEFORE. HE WAS ON A COMMERCIAL JOB, QUITE FAR AWAY. HE REFERRED ME TO THIS COMPANY AND THEY WERE AT MY DOOR IN LESS THAN AN HOUR....ON A HOT 🔥 SATURDAY. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH TERRY'S (THE OWNER) DEMEANOR. HE WAS CALM AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND QUALITY RESIDENTIAL HVAC, LLC... IF YOU ARE LUCKY, YOU WILL GET TO MEET HIS WIFE, AS WELL. IT'S SUCH A RELIEF TO HAVE FOUND THIS GREAT COMPANY AND OWNERS...
I found Quality Residential HVAC on the NextDoor App and Terry responded very quickly and was even early on the initial appointment. He was able to get a new A/C installed at our house up and running in less than a week - just before the heat of the summer arrived! Very nice that he is local here in Milliken. Local small business is the best - thanks Terry!
Terry was very professional! Super informative, and made sure I knew exactly what the issue was. Which allowed me to make an educated decision on how to fix my HVAC system. I am super happy that I went through Quality Residential HVAC.
MY REFRIGERATOR WASN'T KEEPING FOOD COLD OR FROZEN ANYMORE SO I'M RUNNING TO THE STORE TO GET ICE CUBES TO FILL MY COOLERS AND WONDERING WHO TO CALL. I CONSIDER IT PURE LUCK THAT I CONNECTED WITH TERRY, THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY. HE CAME THAT MORNING AND CLEANED, SERVICED, AND FOUND THE PROBLEM THAT TURNED OUT TO BE THE EVAPORATOR FAN MOTOR, TERRY REPLACED THE MOTOR AND NOW I'M GOOD AS NEW WITHOUT HAVING TO BUY A NEW APPLIANCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND "QUALITY RESIDENTIAL" TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS A GOOD HONEST RELIABLE COMPANY TO SERVICE THEIR APPLIANCES FURNACES OR AIR CONDITIONERS. RICK A. '
Terry did a great job. I called for ac repair, I was expecting a wait time, but Terry was here the next day. Terry completed the entire motor replacement that day. No wait time for parts to come in. I was so impressed, I signed up for a maintenance plan. Thank you again Terry for the great service.
Came when he said he would. Texted to let un he was on his way. Performed the with efficiency. I would recommend for HVAC service.

Our heater quit working on a morning it was 24° outside so it was quite cold inside as well! Having just moved to town last year we didn’t have an HVAC person yet. We came across Quality Residential, saw it was close by and gave them a call. Terry came out that morning and had the system fixed and working by 1:00! He took pictures of before and after and also showed us the old parts he replaced. I really appreciate his prompt service and that he showed us the before and after! We also signed up for the HVAC maintenance membership and will review that when it gets done this spring. Happy to be back in a warm house again!

Our house was build in 1957 and to say installing two new a/c units would be challenging is a real understatement. We were looking for a contractor that could think outside the box and Terry is definitely that person (all the other contractors that put a bid in mainly complained of how challenging the project would be). As the woman of the house, I was the main contact person. Most male contractors take issue when dealing with the woman of the house, but not Terry. He was communicative, pleasant and respectful. His communication is above what most contractors provide. I always knew when he was coming over, leaving and he was timely. Considering how challenging this project was, he never complained and worked his hardest to ensure we appreciated the end result. We went 7 years without a/c and to now have it, we are so appreciative of his hard work and the end result he provided for us. Thank you Terry for making this process as painless as possible and it was such a pleasure to work with you. We will definitely be using him for servicing our two new a/c units, two furnaces and humidifier.
We called Terry a week into poor performance from our AC unit. He was very accommodating and got us back to a cool house in a short period of time. Super nice person and easy to work with. I will use him again for all our hvac needs in the future! Brian in Milliken
For all the right reasons I have to give Terry 5 Stars for his work. Most important was that he knows his business. After 2 days without A/C, and in the 90's, I finally found Terry, who was willing to come and fix our unit, same day I called. After 2hrs, fixed, cleaned and serviced, now running great. He knows his business and enjoys what he is doing and shows pride in his work. So glad I found him.
I would like to take this opportunity to give a great big shout out to Terry for his outstanding service and his knowledge of heating and cooling of residential homes. He installed a furnace and air conditioner for our home and he worked his tail off to get it completed before the temperatures hit in the three digits this past weekend. He did a job that should have taken two days and got it all installed in one and did this before the big warmup. Also, my husband and I appreciate him putting in the Trane that we wanted. Thank you Terry for all of your hard work and knowing all that there is to know about these systems. You are the BEST!!! Terry and DeEtta Carr
Did and excellent job. Our walking cooler stop working at Juli y Juans kitchen and Terry was available on time to get it running again. Explained the why and what needed to be fixed so it didn’t happen again. Until next time. No more waiting for weeks for other companies.
