My AC was blowing hot air. I googled and found these guys. They said they can send someone the next day. Repairman showed up and after an hour fixed issue. Turns out I had low Freon.
This company came to fix my heater. The technician called me 30mins before arrival and he diagnosed the issue quickly. He answered all my questions and gave me options. I decided repairing it rather than replacing and he fixed it the same day in less than 2 hours. It was grate experience.
It’s getting cold and I had this guys to come get the Maintenance done on my furnace. True professionals and very punctuated call before arrival and they were on time. Definitely recommending them.
In the insane heat wave Los Angeles is experiencing, my AC stopped working. I called over 10 different places and Quality Master Heating & Air Conditioning was the ONLY one who was able to make it out same day. Simon took less than 10 minutes to tell me what was wrong (we hadn't replaced the air filter in over 3 years, so the system froze - literally!). Simon took ample time to explain the signs, potential options and best course of action. After leaving the unit off for the night to thaw, it's up and running again. Hallelujah! They even called me the next day to check in and confirm it was working fine. So grateful for Simon's help and knowing they didn't try to screw me over with unnecessary repairs when it was a quick fix. Thank you so much!!

Just had this company service my hvac system and get it ready for upcoming summer. Very professional and knowledgeable they checked everything and replaced the weak capacitor and also added some refrigerant for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience. The technician was quick to respond and came to assess my furnace the next day. Turns out there was a lot more work required, he followed-up with a quote, set and appointment date for us, and fixed the issue even helping me install my thermostat. Hard to honest people who do quality work. Would definitely recommend them.

I was almost getting screwed by the First company. They told me the air conditioning system is not repairable and have to replace the whole system for about 10k. However I figured to get a second opinion and I called quality mastet . They saved me by repairing it instead of replacing the whole HVAC system.
We had an issue with our AC system for a couple months , we called 3 companies and they were not able to fix the problem , finally we called quality master and the technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it properly ,very satisfied with the experience, highly recommeneded .

Just a very good team to work with!! Great company. The owner installed a beautiful ductless unit in my house and repair my AC systems for the reasonable price. I received estimates from 4 other companies and not only they were the most professional but also on time and fast. The job was not easy since it caused a lot of mess as there was a need to break some walls in order to put some hoses for the system. but, when they finished the job, they left the house very clean, with no sign of the big work they did there. It is really a professional company. Overall very happy!
