I recently had work done to my HVAC system by Quality HVAC Mechanical Services. I was very impressed by their under-24-hour response to my call. The technician was very pleasant and was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. This was the second time I have used Quality HVAC Mechanical Services and I was once again very pleased by their Impeccable service. I will highly recommend the services of Quality HVAC Mechanical Services. They are definitely a 5 stars rated business

Technician came out to fix leak in AC duct. Had to use my ladder to see into ceiling. Was here less than 5 minutes and determined the leak was from a plumbing drain above the HVAC duct. Still charged $119 service charge. Technician was very nice and professional. I'm just mad that I was charged so much for a 5 minute inspection where no tools were used or work was conducted. I expected to pay something but $119 for the 5 minutes he was inside my house works out to $1,428 an hour.
Quality Hvac responded immediately and were right on time. Dom was extremely professional and explained everything. Having recently moved to this house it is so nice to be able to rely and trust a business to make this transition even easier as we get settled. I will not use another company after such an amazing experience with Quality Hvac.

We had a fanstastic experience with Quality HVAC. Dom and his team came to help with an AC issue at our home. Not only did they ID and cure the issue in a timely manner, they made sure to look at the least expensive fix first and work up from there. They also took great care with their work and communicated with us the entire time. Definitely using them again in the future.
Our AC unit stopped working and we contacted Quality HVAC Mechanical hoping for a quick fix. Not only did they respond to us immediately, they sent 2 people to our home same-day. They were both very kind, knowledgeable, professional and efficient! They got our unit working in no time. I will definitely be calling them in the future and recommending them to my family and friends!
We were looking to replace our HVAC system and reached out to a couple different companies. Demetrius responded quickly and came out to look at the unit and then provided an estimate within a couple days. They had a great price and also offered quarterly maintenance. As usual with most things after COVID, materials were a little hard to track down but they were persistent and once they had everything they got us on the schedule. Arrive early and were able to complete the install in a few hours. Before leaving they made sure to come in and verify everything was working properly & asked if we had any questions. Clean up was great and they even sent pictures of the completed work. We highly recommend Quality HVAC!
Up front about the work needed. Replaced my inducer, that had a dead bird, and cleaned the heat sensor. They also got my AC up and running, even though it wasn’t part of the original work. More importantly, they didn’t push unnecessary work that another company was trying to scare me into. That saved me at least 2k. Their service fee is absolutely worth it. I will be hiring only them for future projects. :)
Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Was able to run through a series of checks and diagnostics and was able to determine the issue in a reasonable amount of time. Wasn’t hit with unwanted and expected costs.
When I say life saver, that’s an understatement! I reached out to Quality HVAC Services, inc for a job that two other companies weren’t sure about and didn’t want to take the responsibility for, within the hour I had technicians at my door. They came ready to complete the job! Reasonable pricing as well! For all my HVAC needs I have and will continue to use Quality HVAC Services, INC.
Dom and his crew were very knowledgable, professional, fair, and transparent. I was having issues with my fuse blowing in my fan relay board and replaced it myself but I couldn’t figure out why it still was blowing. They were able to assess and fixed the problem with my hvac unit within 60 minutes. I never give 5 star reviews out but you wont go wrong with choosing this company.
Demetrius and his crew installed a steam humidifier for us today and the work they performed was top notch. They were on time as scheduled (no other company shows up on time!), they were respectful of our home and cleaned up after the work was completed. I strongly recommend Quality HVAC!!!!!

Called at 3pm with no heat and had someone to diagnose issues within 2 hours. Gave me multiple options for both of my old units to either fix or replace. They also had multiple financing options that made purchasing brand new units a no brainer. After making my decision they were out the next day to get the job done. Best call I've ever made to an HVAC company. Hands down 5 stars and thanks for all the help.
