I had A/C installed late last year so hadn't really used it until this summer. Some issues came up so I contacted Craig. He and his crew got right on it and fixed the issue with the original install and all related problems, including contracting with a drywall company and a painter for repairs. They went above and beyond to set everything right and I would highly recommend them. Pleasure to work with and very professional.

Craig installed the new HVAC system at our house before we bought it. The heat pump failed within a couple weeks back in 2017. He dealt with YORK on our behalf and got the part warranty repair done at no charge within a week or so. Three years later the heat pump was not working again. He came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes. Was only charged for diagnostic. Would have had to pay anyone else the same or more. Very happy with his responsiveness, capability and rates.

I used craig for my rental property and he was so professional, gave me a few options and explained my new unit to me. He also explained how I needed new ducts, pipes and etc because of the new codes, plus how much more efficient the heater would be w new ducts. I will not hesitate to use Craig in the future.

I own a clothing store in Nevada City and our heater started making a bunch of noise and stopped working. I had used Craig for installing a unit at my home and he has serviced my store in the past. I will never use his service again. They charge $120 for diagnostic and none of that is applied to parts or labor. He was a day late showing up for the diagnostic scheduled on Wednesday and flaked on showing up to install the fan motor on the following Monday and Tuesday. So I called to find out what was going on. He told me he would get back to me and didn't. I don't think he even ordered the part. It is now Friday (10 days later) and my retail store is freezing during the crazy snow storms of Feb 2019. I have been a good loyal customer and actually turned down another appointment with All Phase after Craig called because I thought I would receive better service with him due to the history I have of spending thousands of dollars....boy was I wrong. He wanted to charge me $625 for the fan. When I questioned this he said he could call his supplier and see if he could get the price lowered. So he said he could take $25 off. It’s 3 days later and he still does not have the part. I decided to do a part search and in seconds I found the part on amazon and will have it in two business days. The part is $129. Craig wants to charge me $225 for labor (4 screws and a wire) $120 for diagnostic, and $375 for the motor after taking 13 days from start to finish...$720 is INSANE....I should have gone with another company. Most all companies I called were cheaper and some the diagnostic goes towards labor and I bet they would show up when they say they will. I will have it done in less than an hour with a $129 part shipped in two business days. I wound up having to do it myself. Now I wonder how much I lost by using him in the past if his mark up is 290% on parts. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY who is willing to show up and communicate when they can’t, someone who will actually order the part w
