My air stopped working and these nice people were at my house the next morning thoroughly checking everything found the problem in two minutes and had my AC working in 5 minutes. They are really kind local professional people and have been doing this work 20+ years. I recommend this company

Great people to call for HVAC work when you need it
I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. From the initial quote, to the follow up after the install, everyone was prompt, courteous, and professional. They explained the entire process before they started and kept me updated along the way. And they never hesitated answering my many questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their service.
They have installed a new unit, done the maintenance on both the new and old units, done repairs on the old unit, and checking our thermostats. Every interaction is perfect. The technicians are friendly, dependable, and communicate very well. We would not use anyone else! UPDATE they have now installed a new unit and much like all else with them it was smooth and easy. Really these guys are good.
I tried calling these guys just to let them know that one of the tail lights on their service vans was not working. The phone number listed on the van was incorrect. I found the business online and called the phone number listed, and it continually hang up on me about five times in a row before I gave up. I guess if you don’t get in touch with them on the online form, you don’t get in touch with them at all… I didn’t see the response all this time, but I changed the rating to five stars ⭐️ for my blunder. Thank you.
Wonderful service at our Murfreesboro house. Very responsive and showed up on time. Chad did a great job explaining problem and the company worked to get it covered by warranty. Class act all around.
We called and Chad came out to look at the unit due to a noise and our unit clicking on and off. He billed us 70 dollars. We were shocked when he said nothing was wrong! Tonight we have no heat. We called the emergency number and didn’t even get an apology. Just told he’s the best in the business. Sadly this was the second chance we gave. I do not recommend this service. Wrong information and unprofessional uncaring manner. If you wanna do business with good people, trustworthy this is not the place.

I could not be happier with them. We bought a new house and had pretty bad experiences with the company the builder used, so I absolutely wanted a second opinion/company for maintenance and future repairs. Quality Heating & Air has been friendly, promptly responded to every inquiry, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer questions without the slightest sign of impatience or irritation. They've gone above and beyond already without even being asked. I don't regret calling them at all and 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a heating/air company in the Murfreesboro area.
We’ve been a customer of Quality Heating & Air for several years and highly recommend them! Excellent service, punctual and always take good care of us. Their prices are good and their staff is professional and courteous and always are out to take care us immediately. Quality Heating and Air did a great job! We had an issue with one of our vents dripping water. They were extremely knowledgeable and were quickly able to troubleshoot the problem! Would recommend them to anyone!

DJ was great! He explained everything as he went . Answered every question in clear understanding way. Clearly, he knows what he is doing. DJ made recommendations based on his professional knowledge and company policies.
Quality is the best! Heat went out on a very cold day. The gal in the office was so friendly and worked us into their schedule even though they were very busy! The tech was able to fix the problem quickly and get our home warm again! Very thankful! Highly recommend!
The QHC Team rocks...they go above and beyond others in the same line of work. On two separate occasions Chad actually fixed repairs that I paid Hiller techs to initially perform, however they were simply “patched” but not fully corrected. I’ve learned from these two issues to call QHC first if you want your heating or cooling concerns addressed on the 1st visit.
