Our construction company contracted with Johnathan to install a new system in a property we had under construction. They couldn't follow instructions to install a construction thermostat during construction, they charged me on the first phase for the A/C condenser and were supposed to hold it in their warehouse until we were ready for that phase. They also charged more for work than we were quoted and invoiced me for work i didnt authorize. When we were ready for the A/C install phase and the final on our system They refused to come out and said they didn't have my condenser unit. (Supposedly I didn't pay for it according to Jonathan). He also told me I would have to find someone else to final our system. I needed someone to also service the heater system they installed because it wasn't coming on. I couldn't even get a return phone call or text. I had to call someone else to repair the unit. Over $700 in repairs because of faulty equipment. I couldn't even get Johnathan to provide me with the warranty information. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I was referred to Quality First Heating & Air Conditioning by the company I previously used and trusted (they reduced their services.to warranty work). I've found my new heating and air company! Their price is fair and the service was thorough. I definitely recommend!
These guys did an entire HVAC system for our new home in January 2019. We were owner builders, so we needed someone who was willing to draw out the duct layout and unit placement for us. We called another local company to ask them to do the same and after 3 weeks of no response from them, we contacted Jonathan and another company for an estimate and recommendation. We chose Quality First Heating and Air because overall, what they quoted gave us more bang for the buck. I was skeptical at first, because they gave me a lower price for higher quality equipment, but they did a really great job. My energy bills are low and the house is always a comfortable temperature. We had to ask them to come back out when summer started so that they could adjust the coolant levels. They made it out quickly and had everything running perfectly within the hour. Jonathan and his crew were very friendly and professional and I didn’t cost me a fortune. If you’re looking for a local honest company who does what they say they will, these are your guys!
