The lazy driver decided to use my parking spot instead of the many visitor spots out front. I came home to walk my dog on a 30 min lunch break and this guy took 15 minutes to come down and move. Then he proceeded to pull forward 10 feet and park on a red curb. If this company is this lazy, how good of work do you think they do?
Fantastic customer service, quality workmanship, all at a very reasonable price. We woke up in the morning in the midst of a heat wave to find that our A/C had failed during the night. The air circulated but it was not cool. Spent the morning calling several heating and A/C repair businesses and as one would expect everyone was booked into the following week. I contacted Quality First and spoke to Rick, the president of the company. He said that all his technicians were scheduled but that, based on my description, he thought he knew what might be the problem and that he would come out and take a look himself. He arrived in a few hours, quickly diagnosed the problem and returned a few hours later with the part. In less than six hours from my first phone call we were up and running again just in time for the 100 degree afternoon. The next day he called back just to check and make sure everything was alright. It doesn’t get much better than that. We can’t thank Rick and Quality First enough.
Daniel is a riot, he brings the jokes. The service is outstanding. Quick, informative, effective, and affordable. They installed my HVAC system and have come out to service it thanks to the dirty electricity we get from the provider. I was looking at an upcoming heatwave, dreading not having an AC for my baby. They came out next day and had my AC running in less than an hour. My weekend is saved.
These guys did a great job on our new home. They were quick to get out to give us an estimate and when the time came to do the work they were awesome. It’s nice to work with someone so trustworthy. Very friendly and professional. Good prices, good people.
We had our Air Condition breakdown on a hot summer day, I contacted bunch of contractors through yelp quotes. Quality First Heating and Air was super quick in responses and very honest feedback. It was Rick from Quality First Heating and Air who responded, and he was willing to send immediately a technician to take look. They said he will charge $95 for the inspection but it will later contribute to repair cost. Daniel was the technician, you came right on time with the appointment and did the inspection and figured out our capacitor is blown. Unfortunately, he did not have the correct capacitor, so head to come again next morning before his day started and took care of me. Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable tech. He was punctual, friendly and very smart with the repair and above all, super quick with work. I will go with Quality First Heating and Air for my next AC repair for sure. Thanks to Rick and Daniel for keeping us cool
Exceeded my expectations - highly recommend! Thier responsivness was almost unbelievable! I sent an email close to 9pm and had a response from the owner just after midnight that I didn't answer until morning. By being flexible they arrived by 1PM, installed a new capacitor & our AC was working within 30 minutes of their arrival.
We reached out to Quality First Heating and Air for a routine inspection of our furnace and HVAC unit and we're SO happy we did! This was our first inspection since becoming homeowners and there's so much we weren't aware of (even simple things like checking/changing the filter every 3 months, preventing the dogs from peeing on the HVAC, etc). Rick and Daniel were awesome to work with and super punctual and they also offer the best prices in town. Look forward to working with them for all our heating and AC needs!

One of the most honest companies I’ve worked with here in Murrieta. When my AC was down I thought I might need another one, but Daniel came out and showed me where the problem was, which turned out to be rather simple!! I would recommend them to everyone!!

I haven't been wowed like this is a long time! Sure, they installed A/C, but they also, re-insulated my furnace, re-ran my B-vent, and fixed my Living Air system. Extra care, extra touch, great price, great attitudes. Highly recommend and would definitely use again. Fantastic experience in every way. These guys are pros!
Call Daniel! He was punctual, prompt, clean, friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. My old HVAC system was a mess. Daniel helped me make sense of all the bids I got, troubleshooted several problems I'd been having with my system, and in no time flat had my new equipment installed and every room in my house at comfortable temperature, despite the 100 degrees outside.
