Kinda hard to judge a man’s work when he can’t pick up the phone or call you back after leaving a voicemail. My parents need a new furnace and possibly duct replaced, I recommended Zac because I’m a tech out in Cali and I know he does good work from what it appears in his videos. Only problem is he won’t return a phone call to even let my parents know “hey I’m to busy”. Nothing. Very sad. I guess california service techs are just hungrier and can handle more calls than some of these mom and pop shops outside of california.

Zac @ Quality Comfort is one of the Best HVAC contractors in the Middle Tennessee market today. Zac converted my Carrier package unit to the new Ruud 4 ton Ultra UP20 variable speed high efficient split package unit. Zac had to customize the installation to fit my existing duct work. Zac is a owner operator of his business and has excellent installation, electrical, plumber skills, and great prices. The Ruud newest UP20 is the most efficient unit, 20 seer and one of the highest HSPF rating. The Econet thermostat and software is awesome also, I can control the temperature, schedule, or any operation of the heat pump from my phone, kindle, or computer. Quality Comfort is offering the latest technology in Middle Tennessee for 2017, and Zac is certified and qualified to handle any and all of your heating and cooling needs.

We just moved to Tennessee and were at a Loss when our Air Conditioning Unit quit. My Husband was given Zac's and Quality Comfort, Inc phone number; Zac was out to our Home Promptly. He Properly Diagnosed the Problem, Had the Part, Fixed the Unit and Needless to Say, with the Wicked Hot Summers here, We were Elated with His Service. We've only been in our house for 2 weeks and didn't know who to turn to when the AC when out unexpectedly. Since we are new to the area, we didn't know who to turn to ... but after reading some good reviews online, we called Quality Comfort, Inc. Zac was great to work with. We contacted Quality Comfort, Inc. due to an issue at the house where neither heat nor cooling was reaching all the way to our master suite from the other side of the house. Zac came out, offered some suggestions on how to best remedy that situation and promptly scheduled the solution implementation. He was extremely professional, left a clean workplace, and even made friends with our curious pups! It was a pleasure doing business with such a qualified solutions specialist!
5stars, Great! Arrived on time, finished by discussed deadline. Professional and paid attention to the details. Price was as quoted, which for my situation ( 2 Split Gas units ) was half of what the "big name" companies quoted me and it was the same exact new units with 10 yr warranties! Before making a final decision at least give Quality Comfort a call!
