Pavel is extremely professional, knowledgeable, approachable, respectful, and a good communicator who explains every step of the way & encourages questions. You can tell he enjoys what he does as he displays his excitement in doing an excellent job. He quotes a price and sticks to it. After talking with him & seeing the end result, you know Pavel is trustworthy, dedicated, and a man of integrity. After having our whole HVAC system replaced at the price quoted and without any pressure to do so, plus Pavel respected our home and kept things neat and clean. Pavel has taken excellent care of my unit since installation in 2020. Responds quickly, always on time, and treats you with kindness and respect. For me, I know nothing about HVAC, but he helps you understand in a positive way. 10/10 would recommend!
Pavel installed a 4 zone mini split system on my home less than 3yrs ago. This week the system failed and Pavel refuses to come and diagnose the system in order for me to determine what needs to be repaired. Does not stand behind his work.
Pavel doesn't return calls, or texts, or emails. Gotta beg the guy to try to give him your business.
Pavel and Quality Climate Care did a fantastic job at installing my new HVAC Heat Pump. The system runs more powerfully and quieter than my previous system. Pavel was honest, extremely knowledgeable, and affordable - working within my budget and timeline. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This is third time in past two years I used Quality Climate Care and Pavel. First time in 2021 to install new HVAC system by YORK. The job was completed onetime and for price quoted. No issues and system works great! 2022 Pavel ran gas line to replace my electric stove with gas stove in kitchen, the job was done onetime and for quoted price. Yesterday, I used Quality Climate Care to install a BOSCH natural gas tankless water heater to replace HWH that failed and spilled water all over. The job was done on time for the price quoted and now endless hot water! Pavel is a true craftsman and takes pride in his work and leaves the jobsite clean. Pavel is very honest and trustworthy looking out for the customer first. You get what you pay for and I don't mind paying for quality workmanship and quality equipment. ME Bethlehem, PA
Our tankless water system failed and Quality Climate Care was one of the companies we contacted. Pavel came by and explained in detail what he will do. He even replied to our questions during the weekend and installed a new Bosch tankless water heater for us today. We appreciated the attention to every detail of a job well done.

Pavel was recommended to us a few years ago when our aging furnace started having problems. From the first visit to the most recent he was very quick to come out, even on a Sunday which we especially appreciated since we were without heat during a very cold time. He recently replaced our entire furnace and central air with a high efficiency unit. He gave us options with pricing that allowed us to choose what was best for our budget. Pavel is extremely thorough, neat, personable and most important cares about the service he provides.
I initially came across Quality Climate Care care because I was looking for the most efficient indirect hot water tank possible which is made by Buderus. Pavel is a Bosch/Buderus certified installer. I could not be happier with the installation, the quality of the finished product and that he left the site clean and orderly. He had no problem with our somewhat complex hybrid system of heat pump heat and second stage oil boiler hydronic coil supplying 2 air handlers. He found a few other issues with our hydronic setup. After that, Quality Climate Care became my go to HVAC service provider for all of our heating & cooling. Routine service is always top notch and comes with a few tips to improve energy efficiency. Pavel provided emergency service when we had no heat the first cold day this winter (a signal cable had been severed during a home improvement project). He arrived within a few hours on a Saturday to fix the issue. I’ve also had him install new Nest thermostats. Overall, I could not be happier with the service from Quality Climate Care and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a HVAC professional.

I initially contacted Quality Climate Care about converting my oil boiler to Natural Gas. Pavel went through all the steps to do the conversion and then we ran in to obvious trouble with the chimney. After assessing all options, it made more economic sense to replace the aging oil boiler with a super high efficiency Natural Gas unit. Not only did Pavel offer his expertise and a good price, he did fantastic work running all of the gas lines and installing the new boiler. Absolutely top notch guy. I will hire him again without a doubt and a few of my friends have used his company to service their units since then. I couldn't be happier.
Excellent service, honest - would hire again! Highly recommended. Our AC wasn't coming on for a day or two. We called a big local company. They told us three big ticket items needed to be repaired or replaced and it would be better to replace the whole system for ~$8,000. We called two other big companies for additional quotes. Luck for us we called Quality Climate Care for a second opinion before signing anything. There was nothing wrong with our system! We replaced the thermostat and its been fine ever since.
