Really pleased with my experience. Spent a lot of time helping us understand our system's issues and options. Felt he really had our best interests at heart compared to other companies we met with. Kind and responsive interactions the whole way through. They definitely earned a loyal customer.
Friendly and very professional crew. They worked hard to find every problem even tho they couldn’t fix it on the spot, they made a temporary fix to make my house comfortable till they get back to complete the job.

The technician who came was incredibly nice. Did a great thorough job doing our AC service tune up. Came on time and was very professional. He even made sure to pet my dogs, who thought he was great too.
Excellent service for our Spring maintenance tune-up! Our technician Alec did a great job checking everything and answerd any questions we had. He also made a few suggestions on how to make our system run more efficiently that we will implement immediately. Quality Air of the Carolinas is our HVAC company of choice. Great people, great company! Update.... Just had Denny and Alec install a Nest thermostat. Our regular thermostat was downstairs and they re-wired the Nest to our upstairs. It’s amazing! I love being able to control the temperature from the app as well as the new location of the thermostat. Didn’t take them very long at all either. Was a great recommendation and extremely satisfied with the service from Quality Air of the Carolinas!!!! Heating maintenance performed. Alec and John arrived on time and did my heating maintenance in a timely manner. They answered all my questions before they left and went over how often to replace my filters. Always a great experience with Quality Air of the Carolinas! 04/05/2021 Just had Quality Air do our yearly A/C maintenance. As always they did an excellent job. We also had them install an I-Wave bipolar ionization air purifier system. This device is unbelievable. We could tell a difference as the day went on that the air in our house had a fresh spring air smell without any allergens. The device removes harmful particles from the air that we breathe. It just smelled so much better, no more stale air. Another benefit is that it removes cooking smells. We are so glad we invested in this system! Highly recommend! November 2021 Fall maintenance performed. As always excellent and timely service by Quality Air. Our home’s HVAC system is in top top shape and we love it! Thank you QAOTC!!

The Quality Air team was amazing. Frankly, it is incredibly difficult to find an HVAC company you can actually trust, and from the first moment we reached out to Quality Air it was clear that this family-run team had our best interests at heart. We got 5-6 quotes from companies for replacing our ductwork and not only did Quality Air quote us one of the best prices (thousands less than some of the bigger companies we reached out to), they were far and away the most professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We never felt pressured or like they were trying to upsell us like other companies. They also stand out for their knowledge of how air quality in your home impacts health. You will not find a better value for your HVAC services.
They came quickly diagnosed our problem and fixed it. I felt like they were honest about what our problem was and did not try to add a bunch of unnecessary services just to run the bill up. The cost for fixing our problem was very reasonable and they were very prompt when we called them with our problem. I would highly recommend this company and would absolutely refer a friend if they needed service.

They did a good job replacing/cleaning old duct work and treating the ducts for mold after a water leak.
