We were given two free follow ups for all the money we spent with having our ducts and vents cleaned up. They have twice now not shown up for scheduled appointments for the follow-up work. Every time we call to reschedule, they pretend like they didn't know there was any scheduled visit for us. They've been put on our DO NOT USE list from here on out. There are plenty of other companies that do the same work in this area.
Impossible to get a hold of once job paid & 'done' - supervisors will not return calls.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND looking up YELP reviews.. Installed new HVAC & cleaned out ducts - HVAC is not cooling our building (has not cooled since install) and they are blaming duct work which has been working perfectly for years - sheet metal ducts.. After finally getting a tech back out here 3 months later (consistently calling to get them out here with no responses) - they replaced thermostat - changed nothing.. HVAC still not cooling in this 90 degree weather.. Would NOT recommend - paying higher energy bills AND need to get new company to fix NEW issues created...
