Denny and his son cleaned all of our vents and ducts and installed a whole house iWave air purification system in our attic. Everything they did from start to finish was extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our air is noticeably exponentially fresher in the house and Quality Air Indoor Specialist is without a doubt best in class. We will absolutely be Joey for 25 calling them for any future, HVAC or ventilation system need. Highly recommend!

We have been using Quality Air for several years and have been satisfied with their service on every call, emergencies or not. This professionally run family owned business knows how to take care of its community indoor air conditioning. Not just from a heating and cooling but from the quality of the air treated. I have had many a service a call from the big names HVAC companies in the past and would recommend Quality Air over all of them!

Great experience! They gave me an estimate for free when other places were charging $100 just for an estimate. Very honest about what actually needed to be repaired now and what could wait. During the estimate they repaired a leaky HVAC drain pipe in my attic for free. You can tell they actually care about the work they’re doing and it’s not just a job to them. I’d recommend them to anyone!
Denny and his team are always respectful of our time, quick to help, incredibly knowledgeable and very fair. We’ve been using them for some time now for maintenance as well as some repairs needed for our lovely old unit. We are so glad we can count on them every time! Highly recommend!

When our heat went out, another company came out to take a look and very strongly told us we needed a new furnace and HVAC. The quote given from them was very high. Denny from Quality Air came the next morning and fixed our heat for us. He gave us a quote should we want to replace our system, and the quote was significantly less than the first company we spoke! We appreciate his honesty and coming out to see us on such short notice!

So after a terrible experience with a home warranty company and their preferred contracting company that had 2 no shows, Quality Air was able to show up a few hours after my first call to them. They were responsive, informative, and after comparing the contractor the warranty co. wanted us to use, Quality Air offered the same unit and services for competitive prices. The biggest key here was their responsiveness and their amazing turn around. While the other guys had me wait for about a week between visits, Quality Air was reliable, expediant, and thorough. Their quote was direct and provided within hours of my original call. They removed and replaced my unit, they relocated the system, and I was able to upgrade my system while reducing the time my family spent without air conditioning. It was a hot week, but they had us chilling in no time. Highly recommend, promote, firewall 5!
We had a fantastic experience with Quality Air Indoor Specialist! Our AC went out recently and I called in the morning, had someone onsite at noon, diagnosed the problem, sourced the controller board and had it installed and back up and running by the end of the day. It's getting harder to find good service now, but we definitely found it with them.
John was very professional and did a great job. Answered all my questions and make sure I was understood everything before he left.
