I am a person in a wheelchair and I dealt with Charles who was so very accommodating and professional in every way. Because of my mobility issues he quickly went over to diagnose the issue. He was also very honest and told me it was a simple fix, where most other individuals would have lied and made the problem bigger than it is just to charge more. If you are looking for honesty and experience, Quality Air better be your choice. I am so very pleased with their service and I will continue to use them for all future needs.
Mr. Charles is a personable professional, he knows his craft and how to communicate with customers. Throughout the process I was kept up to speed on what he was fixing and why.

Our AC stopped cooling yesterday, so I checked out a few local HVAC services online and decided to take a chance on Quality Air. I called this morning at 11AM, and it is now 1:30PM and my AC is fixed. Extremely nice technician, did not try to push a new unit, offered to let us pay the bill in installments, very responsive and fast service....I recommend them highly.
Robert did an excellent job of explaining what the problem with my a/c was. He was polite and professional and took great care with his work. Each person I spoke with at the company made me feel like they were going to help me keep my costs down. They didn't try to sell services/replacements that were not necessary. I would definitely recommend Quality Air as I feel this is a company with integrity.
Quality Air understands air conditioning better than any other company I've encountered. Charles and Robert have an abundance of technical knowledge, they know how to apply it to get the very best results, and they are able to explain things in a way that I can understand. Charles and Robert also know how to deliver superior customer service, which makes them a pleasure to work with. Bill, who handles communications and scheduling, also shares this philosophy, so I know that whenever I speak with any of these three men, I will be treated like a valued customer. I feel very fortunate that I found this company.

Quality Air Inc performed great work at a very fair price. In early September, a vehicle came into contact with an HVAC Condensing unit and damaged the refrigerant lines. Estimates were obtained from three companies and of all, we are very pleased that we chose Quality Air. Beginning with our first call to request an estimate, Bill Marquardt - office manager, was helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to assist. The service tech provided the estimate in a very short time-frame, and the work was scheduled at the next available opportunity. Bill followed up with a phone call to be certain that all work was completed to satisfaction 5 Stars and a high recommendation for Quality Air, Inc.
Walked into a very hot house luckily Quality Air came within the hour on what was a very busy day for them. Had AC working within an hour. Unfortunately coil had a leak, fortunately it was under warranty! They ordered the part, kept me informed as to when the part came in, when they were coming out. Pleased with the service.
Charles came to my shop and took the time to mesure and look at what system would best fit my needs. Him and his son showed up on time and did the intalation in a most professional manner I've nerve seen before. Good price, perfect instal, neat and professional. I am on the board of our small condo complex. When the workmen came to work on a unit that an individual owner had called them on they were told that they needed to park on the street as all guests are asked to. The workmen flatly refused me. I am not impressed at all with their lack of respect for the rules of our complex.
Very good experience! I leave in Jacksonville but have a rental unit in Gainesville where AC unit stop working. I called Quality Air. Technician called me first thing in the morning and explained what needs to be done and gave me the reasonable price. He was knowledgeable and polite. Good job and thank you Quality Air! Charles and Robert came out to fix my AC recently. I was having an emergency as my wife's parents were coming into town and they rushed out to fix the problem immediately. Charles and Robert were very knowledgeable and kind. They got my HVAC system running quickly and for an affordable price. I will ALWAYS use Quality Air for any air conditioning or heating needs.
Charles and Eric were very attentive to the needs of our system. They came out three days in a row to ensure that everything was in perfect working condition as our AC was having consistent intermittent issues. They were kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable and got everything fixed and working perfectly! If you're looking for an HVAC licensed specialist you cannot go wrong with Quality Air Inc.
Right as we were about to get hit with some of the coldest nights in Gainesville - my heater stopped working. It was 6:00pm on Saturday. The next day was New Year's Eve, and due to the holiday, it was looking like I couldn't get anyone out to my home until Tuesday. Skimming through the google results, I saw Quality Air. Although they only had two reviews (albeit 5 stars) and I had never heard of them - I was desperate. It ended up being being a blessing in disguise. Minutes after submitting the contact form through their website, Charles called me right away - at 6:15pm on a Saturday. Unlike the multiple competitors I have worked with in the past - Charles wasn't eager to get me to commit to a service, nor was he just trying to get me on his calendar and off his phone; he genuinely wanted to help me get my heater back on. When we determined it was nothing I could do myself, he even offered to come over THAT evening - which was around 7pm at that point! We made an appointment for the following morning. He was punctual, pleasant and quick to answer any questions. After replacing my fan motor, he showed me how my unit worked and how I could keep it in check. The cost was more than fair and I feel more confident now in maintaining my HVAC and avoiding similar problems in the future. Again, I consider myself very fortunate for discovering Quality Air, and plan on using them for all future cooling/heating issues! Truly a great local business
Robert came to our house to fix our heater because our pilot light would not work. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. Very professional and trustworthy.
I had the good fortune of a friend recommending Pedro at Pro Quality Air. I was looking for a second opinion after being told that my AC needed to be repaired/replaced. Pedro was great. He is clearly a professional with decades in the business and knows his trade cold. Give them a call. You will be glad you did.
