Customer oriented people. They show up on time. They give honest evaluation and information needed that helps one make proper decisions. No high pressure sales games. Give them a try. I'm happy I did.
They went above and beyond to communicate, formulate a plan, and fix issues with my AC unit. I highly recommend them as they are professional and honest. I won’t ever use another company. I also appreciate them always answering the phone and staying in contact with me through the whole process so I felt comfortable with the decisions made to fix my AC unit. They feel more like a family than a business! If I could give them 10 stars I would.
QAC replaced the entire unit (outside and inside) for less than $6000. Very satisfied with the quality of their service!
Wayne and his staff provide excellent service and follow up service. Our AC system works great that he installed. He takes the extra time to make sure that things are done right. Even after the installation, I reached out to him for some advice on another system in my house and he freely gave me the information and guidance I needed on several phone calls that I made to him. He was receptive each time. This is an excellent company and I highly recommend anyone needing HVAC installation or services to utilize this company.
I was asked to call them through the warranty company. The were wonderful! They were easy to talk to and help me through the AC the problem. Wayne and Kyle were on top of everything and kept me informed! I would use them again and would suggest more try them out! Thanks Guys! Deb Walter

AC went out in my condo, my guy had closed up shop during Covid, got a recommendation from a friend for these guys. Did a great job, and got me a higher end American Standard system for less than others wanted for a lower end system. Would recommend!

We called in a trouble ticket to our home warranty company (Fidelity) after 5pm yesterday (Wednesday 4/3), I got a call today from Wayne (technician) and he was out this afternoon by 5. Within 30 minutes he had us up and running.

Just had the AC repaired. QAC was prompt and professional. And true to the name, they provided a quality service for an affordable price. Since moving to CC 4 years ago, I have slowly amassed a list of contractors and journeymen who are worth their salt. QAC is the latest addition to that list and they're at the top. The technician even took extra time to explain what's what and give me some maintenance tips to keep my house cold and prevent water damage. Many thanks!
