My wife and my 3 dogs are glad we choose Qualitech! In the middle of the night our ac started pumping out warm air! Woke up Sweating! Tried to fix it myself in the middle of the night. Gave up and called Qualitech. They put the work order in and within 30 minutes I got a call from the technician. They said they would come by in the afternoon. But called me back and came by noon. They came and were done in 3 minutes! Honestly I was so happy it wasn’t a big deal and that they knew exactly what to do. Trust me I looked up what the issues could be and how to fix it. I was so off. But so glad I have ac now.
Al was great…. Had the unit running in no time …. I called them on a Saturday morning and they had it running in an hour ….. great service will call on them again!!!

Excellent service! The team installed new HVAC heating and cooling. The team was very professional! They showed up on time, explained the work needed, gave me an estimate, performed the work and offered several payment options. I am very happy with the work. The system is now running efficiently. The winters will be warm inside and summers cool. The team addressed all my questions. Even after the work was done, they reached out to ensure that everything was functioning properly and as per customer expectations.
When our A/C acted up earlier this year, we called a number of A/C services. Qualitech was able to come out quickly, assess our current system's issues, and provide a quote for a new system. They responded to our questions promptly and were able to install the new system quickly. Their installers were professional and courteous as they did their work. The price of the new system and install was better then the other services.

Gave estimate and then got all the needed material and came out as soon as they could. Everyone was very polite and wore masks without us asking. got the job done quickly. Also very helpful.

This is a very busy season for HVAC, however Qualitech Heating and Cooling responded very fast.Price was cheaper than I received from another companies.Technicians do know their job and are very professional.Customer service is great. They deserve more then 5 stars!
A 5-man team came to our place to remove a large AC unit from an upstairs closet and install a new system along with a new thermostat. They were in touch in the days before the installation and when they were on their way to do the job. They arrived promptly in the morning and began work immediately. They were very professional, very knowledgeable, respectful of our home environment, and they made very effort to work quietly to avoid being interruptive since we were working from home. They faced down every challenge, including moving the very heavy AC units down and up the stairs. They did a terrific job and they charged what they estimated. No surprises. Highly recommend!
