These guys are the best. Very knowledgeable, great at explaining the problem with the system, seem to care about the quality of work they do and fair prices.
If there was an ability to leave 6 stars, Quakenbush Heating & AC would sure deserve it! I called after hours on a Monday with what I felt was an emergency, my AC went kaput and the interior temperature was ascending by the second (I live in Florida) and Mike, the owner and operator assured me he would come by after completing a job he was already on site for. His initial ETA was "within the hour" but impressed me by arriving in less than 30 mins! Half the time he initially quoted. The exceptional service didn't stop there. Mike cracked open the unit inside the home and outside to check all components to come to an accurate assessment instead of assuming and throwing new parts at my unit. Less than 1.5 hours later, the unit had been repaired, Mike educated me on preventative maintenance I should keep up in the future and informed of a LOCAL place to get my air filters from for half the price I usually pay. Mike really went above and beyond to meet my repair needs and made a personal connection with my family that will encourage us to consider him for all future HVAC needs. Give this guy a call, you won't regret it
