This company is great! I called very late on a Wednesday regarding a problem I had with my air conditioner. They came out at the time I requested the following day. I wasn’t given a big time block, like many companies do, where they could show up at any time so you just have to wait around; they showed up at exactly the time I wanted. Although my problem to some wouldn’t seem like a huge deal, to me, it was a huge deal and I really appreciated the fast turnaround. The tech came in, immediately pinpointed my problem, and fixed it very quickly. Instead of just immediately leaving he hung around to make sure my problem was indeed fixed, checking it multiple times to make absolutely sure it was now in proper working order. On top of that the tech was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend them!
I had an HVAC emergency on a holiday and set up an appointment online. The house was over 80 degrees and my wife and I were worried about going days without AC waiting for a technician. I have known Zach Watson (HVAC Zach) for a while and knew QRC was going to be my first call if anything went wrong with my system. I set up the appointment the night before at 10 with the live chat support who was very responsive and a real person! I was called the very next morning on the 4th of July from their dispatch and had a technician on site within 45 minutes. The service technician, also a Zach, was very personable and professional. Mr. Whittaker found the problem immediately (a snake crawled on my capacitor and had a bad time). He had the part on hand and had me back up and running in 20-30 minutes. We also set up for a maintenance plan that was reasonably priced which covers two yearly services and saved me over 30% on the total call for signing up. It would have been very easy for this call to have been up-charged or put on a premium rate due to the holiday and on-call nature of the service but it wasn’t. From beginning to end, the service I received from the company and from Zach Whittaker far exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Service was beyond great! Within a few hours of calling a tech was at my home. A few days later we had a new unit installed. Each step of the process was quick. professional, and easy. From the initial phone call to the end of having a new unit installed the service was stellar!
The service technician by the name of Zack arrived on time and was very informative of our problems and Offered several options. We appreciate the impeccable service.
I have to give QRC a standing ovation. For starters the prices for their products are great. Whenever I had questions, Chase was always there to help. The workers were top notch and did a great job cleaning up. I'd recommend QRC to anyone.

QRC was an awesome company to work with from day 1. They were contacted to provide installation for us as a sub & gave immediate attention to the project request. During the initial site visit the customer tried to hire them direct but QRC made it clear they were representing us & would only work on the project through us as we were the ones that contacted them. They completed their Scope of Work efficiently without a single hick-up or handholding. QRC did an exemplary job with integrity, not easy to find these days.
This is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. They came out the same day I called, and had my unit up and running in no time. Other companies said my unit was shot, but QRC showed up and not only fixed it, but they had it up and running like never before. I highly recommend any body and every body to give these pros a call. Even if you don't think your system needs maintenance give them a call to come tune it up, and it will run like you never dreamed of. Thanks QRC!

We had an issue with an HVAC contractor and QRC steped in to help clean everything up. I Highly recommend them.
This company was so positive when I called them. They asked me how they could make my day better. Zach came out to assess the situation and it felt like a family member was coming to help me. He did a thorough check of the system, made a diagnosis and was able to fix our unit the next day. They had to order a part or he would have been able to fix it that day. I will be using this company again for my yearly maintenance.

Called office at 9:00am and they had someone to my house by 10:30. Zach was my technician and he was wonderful! Solved the problem immediately and showed me how to use system more efficiently! Highly recommend this company and Zach! Office was also great. She called me to let me know what time Zach would arrive. First class service!
Technician was professional but the Director is very Unprofessional and rude.

Zack responded to our issue with our installed heating thermostat. They recommended and installed a new thermostat with great results. Zack was very careful to maintain the cleanliness of our home during his visit.
Alonzo, Edgar, & Zack did a more than great job. We asked for complex changes to our HVAC systems - from 2 zones to 4. Their work was efficient, careful, thorough, and they cleaned everything up thoroughly. Well be using QRC for all of our HVAC needs.
