Jerry McSwain is the fourth technician ( 3 other companies) that we had to figure out why our upstairs system wasn’t working. He is the only one that solved the problem. QC Mechanical is the only call you need to make if you are having heating and AC issues. I called them, and Jerry was out to my house ASAP to fix our AC. It is hard for me to trust a heating company after my horrible experience with another big company in this area. QC Mechanical will be the only company I call from now on. Thank yall so much!!!!!!
QC was great to work with and their prices were very competitive. Scotty and Mickey showed up on time and completed the installation in a professional manner.

They did a service maintenance on my 20 year old gas pack system. Expect him to come back to me with what’s needed or replacement instead, they let me know what great shape this system is in and what might come up later.
Wonderful experience working with Jerry, Matt, and the QC Mechanical team. They were extremely knowledgeable, punctual, thorough, and honest with their recommendations. QC Mechanical replaced my nearly 20 year old HVAC system in a day while I was at work. I arrived home to a newly installed system and a house that was left cleaner and neater than when I left that morning. It was a wonderful experience working with this team and I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a new unit installed.

I live in Salisbury, NC and had heard great things about QC Mechanical out of Charlotte, NC. I gave them a call and Jerry, came out and diagnosed the problem, which involved replacing my 24 yr. old HVAC system. Jerry took measurements, ordered materials and scheduled his install team all within a 24 hr. period. The new unit was installed in one day and is working perfectly. Thanks to Matt, Jerry and their install team for a great experience.
