This company is the Best! Incredible communication.,very punctual. Fair pricing Super clean work. Very impressed with the demo. No extra damage. They are respectful of the space and the area they are working in. Highly recommend for you remodel needs.
My husband found Pyramid Mechanical through our home warranty when we moved into a new home and needed some repairs and we are SO glad he did. They’ve repaired sink leaks, replaced washer/dryer valves, installed our water softener, fixed a leaky shower head, and now fixed a major leak. Steven is always SO responsive, professional, and affordable. We CANNOT recommend him enough.
We were recommended Pyramid Mechanical after purchasing our new house a few weeks ago and we were very impressed with their services! We gave them a list of needed repairs from our BINSR report and they came through and repaired everything on the list and then some. Randy, Steven, and Matt were punctual, incredibly friendly and professional and did a great job of communicating with us throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of any kind of home repairs!
It doesn't get any better than this. Steven came out multiple times and did everything possible to help me work within budget on a large plumbing project for my home renodel. He answered many calls and texts without ever sounding even the slightest bit annoyed. After working out the scope, his crew (dad included) showed up on time, with all tools and parts needed and got the job done. I have worked in remodel for approximately 8 years and can confidently say that I will be calling him again for any plumbing or hvac needs. Thanks Steven... and Dad (sorry I didn't catch your name).
This company is very professional and trustworthy. You can count on them to show up on time and get the job done. They have no problem explaining things to you and they will answer any questions you have. They also have very reasonable pricing!

AC unit went out on my family a few summers ago in the middle of the heat. I contacted them immediately and was met with fast, efficient, and professional work for the install of a brand new unit. Ever since then I have had them out before the heat to give everything a once over as a piece of mind and they have been great. They come in quick and test everything to ensure we are smooth for the season. I highly recommend them
Steven showed up on time and ready to get the job done. He came prepared with all the tools and parts needed for the installation of my new kitchen sink and faucet. He completed the job with no issues and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Pyramid Mechanical to others.
Arrived early, acted professional explained everything to me in full detail. I will only deal with Steven in the future, I wish more contractors would work like him.
I’ve had Pyramid service my AC twice now and both times they were great. They were on time, efficient and professional. Steven let me know that my AC unit was fine and even let me know what potential repairs to expect in the next year or so. I would highly recommend them.
You can tell the guys have been doing this job for years. They were efficient and affordable. I had a AC unit inspected, ordered, and installed within 3 days. Having a new baby and the heat already in triple digits here in AZ the turnaround time and the price is why i gave them a five star review. I would Recommend them to anyone especially my close family and friends. We will be working with them in the future on other projects for sure.
