Puzzled Comfort solutions is my first call for HVAC needs. Friendly, professional, and educational. He cares for the customer and will be the first person I recommend to anyone who needs residential or commercial HVAC repair or replacement.
Chong is independently owned very knowledgeable and Professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone our heat went out and it was going down to 25 the next night he came and was so caring and understanding to our needs as the unit was 25 years old and needed to be totally replaced he called and got a new unit and replaced it the next morning I am so gratefull to have found a honest and trustworthy person and very fair prices he is defintley the right person for any work you may need done and it will be done right!!!! After dealing with a leak in my ac system that another company was unable to find I had the guys at Puzzled Comfort come out and they found the leak in less than a half hour. Decided to have a new system installed and they gave me multiple options with a thorough breakdown on each options pros and cons. They did a great job installing the new system and were great to deal with. Highly recommended.

We were finalizing repairs on our new house including some HVAC system issues found during our home inspections. Puzzled Comfort was responsive and professional in getting all HVAC issues repaired within a week of moving in. I appreciate all the work that got put in and how fast it got done. Strong recommend and I will be using them for all of my HVAC needs in the future.

This is an awesome company. They have outstanding professionalism without loosing the personal touch. They actually listened to us without trying to sell something we did not want. They fully answered any questions we had without being too technical so we could understand. Their rates are extremely reasonable. We replaced our old system with a more energy efficient one. I would not hesitate to recommend them as they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our decision.

Don’t let the name fool you! The only thing that left me puzzled was why I haven’t used their services in the past. On the advice of a friend, I called them up and requested a quote to replace my old unit. Not only was I impressed with their price, but also how much time and effort they placed in ensuring that the finished product was going meet my wants and needs. Once the install was complete and the system was tested, an undeniable difference of comfort presented itself in my house and it didn’t take long to find that the unit was remarkably more efficient. I highly recommend using these guy’s!

My AC went out last week. These guys were able to locate me a replacement unit quickly when others said they couldn't give me any timeline. They showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job. They were very friendly and professional and left the work are nice and clean. Pricing was competitive. Highly recommended. I'll be calling again.
Our upstairs AC had been down for almost a week when we were referred to Puzzled Comfort Solutions. He responded quickly, arriving on time to look at the system on Thursday afternoon. We decided to replace the upstairs AC and furnace since they were both older units and located in the attic. He located the equipment on Friday and arrived early Saturday morning for installation. Thankfully, we had cool air again on Saturday evening. New system is working well!
My A/C fan was on, but was not cooling. That was on a Friday night. I called the technician that night which was late at 8.45 pm. He said that he could get to me around 2 to 3 pm Saturday., I said I wanted to find someone tonight , but if I can’t find anyone could I call you back and he said yes. We used fans that night, but I call the Technician back at 9am the next morning.He was here by 10:30 am. He was very professional and explained everything that asked. He made sure to give me maintenance advice and a federal worker discount. I’m very happy and will call Puzzled Comfort Solutions again when needed.
