I bought their Groupon and I am very disappointed. They showed a total lack of integrity when they told me that there was black mold in the vents of my home. They gave me a quote for over 2000$ and told me that it is really really bad. Luckily I have always been someone who gets a second opinion before paying out that much money for anything and I called out a second technician from a different company who inspected and showed me the images of my vents sans any mold black or otherwise. This experience was ridiculous andd I can hardly believe anyone can trust such low down tactics. All around a bad way to conduct business. The owner of the company is who was sent to my home to do this so if they are doing this I can only imagine what their techs are being trained to do. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not let these people service your home they will try to scam you .

Outstanding Service and Professionalism. Savannah was very courteous and attentive to my scheduling needs when booking my appointment. The technician arrived in a timely manner, and was very courteous and professional. A video camera inspection was performed, showing me everything that needed to be addressed with my Air Ducts. I feel that I received outstanding service at a competitive price. I would definitely recommend Purified Air Solutions.
I used this company a couple years ago and was very happy with the results. I paid over $400 for a “warranty package” that promised $99 for each cleaning after the initial. I called to make an appointment and was told that the tech that made that contract no longer works there. And that the contract is voided since it’s been 2 years (there is nowhere on the paper that states any void limitations). When asked for documentation that supports my contract being void, I was repeatedly told “sorry theirs is no supporting documentation, that’s just what my boss said and he owns the company.” No offer to meet in the middle. I’m a reasonable person, but they didn’t even try to find that out. Poor poor business operations at Purified Air Solutions. So, don’t fall for the Groupon trap and do NOT let them up sell you!
Tommy Ray was very clear and informative on explaining things and helped me mould and air duct cleaning along with dry vent work.
Very professional as I said. Quite knowledgeable, explain everything clearly and wisely. Even introduce all his equipments to me kindly. Interesting experience. Today is special because everybody in the company asked for break/vacation, so the owner came by himself. We had a nice conversation and delivered a pretty well-done service with my all-the-way watching. I’m lucky that all equipments today are kinda brand new as he said he has just changed the equipments. I have really watched it step by step, throughly, a perfect job has been done. Last words: big company might now as cheap as 2-3 people’s company, but really has better equipments and more professional services. It worth it.

Experience: one staff came to do the free inspection as appointment. after inspection, told me $680 for a deep cleaning( chemical include anti-micro). portal vacuum vacuumed outlets on the ground level. Sprayed chemicals onto 2 filter. inspection and cleaning within 1 hours. After watching other service on YouTube, disappointed, not recommend. go to Youtube to get more knowledge before you accept service.

Brady was the service representative, he was excellent took his time explaining what needed to be did a walk through of the house to survey the vents and then told me how long he expected the job to take. He was very concientous about cleaned up after he was done. House smells great and I can feel the freshness in the air now. Definitely recommend Brady and Purified Air solutions. you won't be disappointed
