I had Purely Reliable convert my heating system from oil to propane. They did the work in a single day, scheduled a timely inspection so i would not be without heat. The girl on the phone was super communicative the entire time, and made me feel so confident that the job would be done right! The worker who came left my basement cleaner than when he came. (sorry/thank you!) Could not recommend these people more!
The sweet girl on the phone helped get a professional (paul) out to our freezing house at 2am! I wish the world had more kind souls like these folks! I’ll never go anywhere else!
Gas fireplace repair: Beware. Make sure to get hourly rates and any additional parts and plans-of-action and quotes up front. Their website claims virtual estimates for review prior to moving forward and that did not happen. What did happen were wordy, immature responses from an office assistant/customer service associate and a lot of blame. REFUSAL to show invoices for parts leading us believe dishonesty is playing the truth. Very disappointed. The level of unprofessional behind the scene is astounding.
