Stephen was very respectful of our property. He was honest I his assessment of the job. He has replaced 2 units for us. One at our main house and one at our vacation home. He and he crew arrived on time. Took care of our property. They were very easy to work with. If you need a repair or total replacement you will not find anyone better for the job. I highly recommend them.

Our central air decided not to work today. PureCraft made quick work of diagnosing, ordering a part and repairing our within 1.5 hours. Great service, highly recommend. Will definitely use them again if needed.
We put an addition on our house and wanted to put a Mitsubishi mini split instead of running duct work under our crawl space. All we wanted were vents in the ceiling not the ugly wall units EVERYONE tried to push on us. Price was reasonable, they work FAST, they were clean, and on top of everything, were very friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done right!! No BS, no trying to sell us what we didn't need. These guys are legit!
