I manage multiple apartment complexes and Pure Comfort is always our go to for HVAC installs and repairs. Everyone we have worked with has been knowledgeable and the work has been done correctly. Hayden (the owner of Pure Comfort) is educated, super friendly, and very reasonable to work with. I trust them so much that I passed them on to take care of my own mother's house. She also raves about the customer service from Pure Comfort. Give them a call, you won't regret it!

We have been using Pure Comfort for many years and it just seems to get better and better. Hayden is phenomenal always responsive gets the job done and is very reasonable. He has a great team most of which I know by name that are just as good. Overall a fantastic company I would recommend to any person or property.
I moved into a flat where the previous owners smoked a pack of cigs a day inside her flat. The duct system was filthy full of built up grossness. My boys at pure comfort came over and cleaned it all. I can breathe 100 times better inside my flat with no more lingering smoke smells. I included the before and after photos.
Super nice guys. Very pleasant every time they come out to do semi annual maintenance.
These guys go above and beyond! They've even shown up on holidays to fix my AC!
It was ridiculously quick and easy to get an estimate setup with Jim on the phone , he's very hospitable and professional. Vince their Technician came out to do an estimate, he was polite and respectful of our house and house rules. He wore boot covers and sanitized his hands at our request with no complaint. He took a look around and made sure we knew what he was talking about. I look forward to having Pure Comfort as our go too HVAC #1 service provider.
Hayden and Jim were professional and kind. Prices were reasonable. I would recommend them to my friends.
This company installed our HVAC system in a brand new home. The A/C had a bearing go out the 1st time we ran it. Jim the owner, said he would be out to take a look on 3 different occasions and never showed up. Our furnace has condensation pooling up on top of the unit and running into the internals. The duct work was not sized right or insulated in the attic. Last but not least, our carbon monoxide exhaust was not entirely attached! This could have been fatal had it not been caught! The builder had to get another company in to repair and replace duct work in the attic and at the unit. They may be ok on service and responsive, but stay far away from new install work. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy...TOTAL GARBAGE!!! If I could have given zero stars I would have..
I called during a very hot week here in Lincoln when my A/C went out. Out of all the companies I contacted (including my own warranty company), Pure Comfort made the most effort to get out to my place as quickly as possible. Not only were they the quickest, but Jim took the time to look at our system, offer his knowledge, and provide multiple solutions that were reasonably priced. I appreciated they worked with me financially. During the repair installation, my home's HVAC system had some unexpected obstacles arise. Jim and Hayden (who did the installing) handled the obstacles with down-to-earthness, urgency, and a helpful hand. My wife and I are now enjoying our working A/C system! Thank you, Pure Comfort!!!

They came and inspected out furnace and helped us determine that we needed a new one. REASONABLY priced for sure! And they were very nice. Very happy with our service!
