As usual, Pure Aire was extremely responsive to my service call! Came home from vacation at 9 PM and discovered an issue. 9:30 the next morning it was fixed. We have two units and the starting capacitor for the compressors one one of the units (the cap. that comes as-delivered from the factory) don't seem to be holding up over time. They are replaced by a more robust capacitor that Pure Aire carries with them in their service vehicles. All done at no charge under warranty. Bonus, the new cap. comes with a 5 year warranty. Thanks a lot Matthew King and company!
Called o file a warranty claim on unit replaced and got a very rude response with attitude. Dont recommend if you are locking for a reliable company to fix your ac system.
I had an unit replaced by pure air, 18 months later the unit died. We have been calling to get the warranty. We also texted. Once they learn that was related to warranty they hangup the call. Text messages they stopped responding once learned that was not a new deal.

This job should be used as an example of FANTASTIC service, all the points where met and exceeded. We appreciate Matt and his team of installers. We also love they Bryant System that we purchased it has exceeded all expectations. We updated an additional intake...fantastic job.

Matt responded to an air conditioning S.O.S. made at 9:00 pm the previous day with a lunchtime house call the next. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the problem. Offered several solutions for the future that would alleviate the problem going forward.
Added a vent to our walk in closet because it was too hot in there. The work was done quickly and professionally. Great value!

Our Google account is under my husband's name, but I (Judith) am the one who oversaw the installation of our new AC and heater by Pure Aire this week. From the initial evaluation, through the proposal/bid, to the installation and follow-up, owner Matt was knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. He is always available to answer questions and does what he promises. The actual installation was completed in about 6 hours. Matt came out at the beginning of the job and at the end to assure that it was all done properly. I was nervous making a decision on such a large purchase, but I'm glad I chose Pure Aire HVAC!
