Professional, quick response time. They have always helped us when we have called.
Love this company! Their staff is outstanding. We have called them a few times to come out and look at our unit. The men that came out were very professional and very nice. I won’t use any other company but Pure Air!!! The BEST! 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Everything we was billed for did not get done nor completed. Called office manager was suppose to call and come by to see us but not heard back from anyone.

In 2019 we had new heating and cooling put in. We recently called to have maintenance done and to be set up on a yearly maintenance plan. The price was great especially considering it's one price that covers both maintenance times a year.
The technician was wonderful, if I need service again I will definitely be calling them.
Setting up the service was very easy and the person I spoke with was very courteous. Also, the technician was very polite, did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue, showed me a video of the damage and did a great job of explaining the repair. Will definitely use again.

We have been using Pure Air Consultants for a few years now and have always recieved excellent service. PAC has gifted and qualified Technicians that come to your home of office and keep ahead of system failures due to no service. By the way, their price structure is fair and honest.
I have been a customer for at least eight years. I have always been extremely satisfied with the skill level of their service technicians and friendly staff. I have a yearly service agreement so that my ac and heat are working when they need to be. They are very honest and I have always felt well informed and taken care of. For Pure Air, I think they value relationships with their customers so recommend things that really need to be done and do NOT take advantage of their customers’ lack of knowledge. All of the technicians are great but William is our favorite. The office staff is also very helpful, friendly, and professional. Most importantly they are quick to respond and take care of us. I wouldn’t use anyone other than Pure Air. I’m a very satisfied customer.

Please don't buy from pure air. Don't let any sales rep come into your home, they will go into your credit reports without your permission. Over price their products. I contacted one of the sales rep. The sales rep. Contacted pure air and told them to contact me. Pure Air decided no to contact me within the time limit of the contract so I wouldn't be able to return there product. They send people into your home claiming their products get of Coronavirus I did not realize that it was a scam they know covid-19 is out there so they take advantage of you by sending these people into your home setting up appointments and telling you that this product can detect when someone is sick please do not do this they were overcharged you for that unit.

Great professional folks. Did an install for me. Inside & outside unit replaced through Home Depot. Its only day 2 so far and working fine. Update 6/30/2019: A/c & heat unit still works great. No problems.
They came through for me when I really needed help. They were patient, professional and accommodating. Our old unit had each its end of life and it was time to replace it. To boot, I had to arrange this unit replacement from a remote location. Much longer story wrapped up, Pure Air Consultants partnering with the Home Depot came through for me and my family when we needed them most. They where timely and competitive on pricing. A manager met me at our home and walked me through the entire process. I look forward to working with them more in the future, hopefully for maintenance and NOT repairs. I have used their services a few times and each time they have been on time and extremely professional! The experience was pleasant and trusting from the first call to the handshake when the job was completed. You can tell they enjoy what they do. I highly recommend them.
Great company to do business with. They had a tough job removing 60-year-old vent material underneath our house and did a excellent job replacing it on time and on budget. They also spotted a problem that the previous installer did not fix, which when they corrected quieted the air flow noise quite a bit.
