Kim is the best HVAC guy I have ever used. He is down to earth and one of the most honest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting . Most HVAC guys are so stuck up, not Kim. Thank you for being true
Kim Eagar has been servicing our HVAC system for the past 4 years. He is honest and his prices are very reasonable and fair. When our furnace went out a couple of years ago (in January) and almost killed us with carbon monoxide he was at our house that morning to fix it. He spent hours figuring out the problem and had it all fixed the next day (he had to disassemble the entire furnace and replace the main part of the furnace, the burners had gone bad and were churning out crazy amounts of carbon monoxide). He has also installed a UV light for us and gave us a very fair price. Our son was showing signs of pre-asthma and that is why we looked into the UV light, it has helped our son tremendously. He has serviced our air conditioning unit as well and installed a new nest thermostat for us and his prices are always very reasonable. Kim is also great at responding to emergencies like we had with our furnace, I called and he came within an hour. I would highly recommend using him!
Kim Eagar is extremely honest and very knowledgeable. Another HVAC contractor paid me a visit earlier this year and told that if I don't swap out my furnace that my family were in danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. I spent all spring and summer feeling concerned about needing to change out my furnace. Before doing so I felt I needed a second opinion, so I called Provo Heating. Kim reinspected the unit and ran tests with a high quality carbon monoxide tester and found my furnace was in good working order. Honesty is not always easy to find in the world of contractors, but rest assured if you call Kim he will treat you right! Thanks for your help and honesty Kim!!! A+ for Provo Heating!
