James came out and fixed our equipment quickly. He was friendly and communicative the whole time.
If I could rate this service company I would definitely give them a negative star rating. It started with a tech dropping in and staying only 20 minutes. I was charged for 2.5 hours. Then the area manager relayed to me that the tech would be there Saturday first thing. Well first thing really meant 11:00 am right in the middle of the shift. The tech wasn't there but a hour and a half and I was again charged for two and a half hours. The tech said he would have to order a part and the whole project wouldn't exceed more than $1,000.00. I didn't hear from anyone until I had to call the company to figure out what was the outcome. The manager again himself said the same thing this project wouldn't be more than a $1,000.00. Well I received a qoute $2,124.92 later. I phone the manager irritated and upset. I felt the way all of this was handled was very untrustworthy and misleading. Do not use this company they will over charge and under deliver
