ProTech saw me on a super short notice and was very honest and open with me about my condenser repair. Instead of jumping the gun and saying I needed to replace my entire system (like I was previously told), he took his time to test various parts of the system one by one and explain to me everything he was doing. His price was really reasonable and the warranty he offered gave me peace of mind. The best part was that even though my AC was broken and it was really hot, I didn't feel like anyone was taking advantage of the situation and trying to extort money out of me due to the heat. I recommend ProTech to anyone that needs help with their AC, definitely an honest business.
I was looking for a reputable HVAC through THUMBTACK and within one minute I received communication for Moe at ProTech Mechanical. I felt very comfortable in speaking with him and he was at my home within an hour. Very professional, polite and neat. He gave me a very reasonable estimate. He came back the next day and was on time as agreed upon. I was very pleased with his service. My AC is back up and running perfectly!! I highly recommend the company and his services! Thank you!!!
